As my wedding day was quickly approaching, I came to the realization that, although I planned most of my wedding, I needed a day of coordinator to be the in charge of making sure the day ran smoothly. I knew the moment I spoke to Adriannie - she would be the perfect person to step into the role. She provided us with an easy-to-use online portal with checklists, tasks, and a great guest list/seating chart organizer. As someone who creates schedules in my professional career, she also provided the best timeline for our day. Her constant communication with us and easy going personality helped ease the stress before and during the wedding. Truly the best investment we made for the wedding! Hiring Flawless Events for our wedding was single handedly the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. From beginning to end, Stephanie, our assigned coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was executed according to plans. It was a PERFECT day and we owe it all to Stephanie’s hard work and listening to our needs. She communicated with our vendors months in advance and ensured services were rendered as promised and that we stayed on track on wedding day. My husband and I were also impressed with the wedding planning software provided as it helped us stay on track with things such as guest count and seating arrangement. The timeline Stephanie made with our help was very useful - we shared it with our bridal party and family members and everyone was aware of the big picture for the day and their roles.

Stephanie was my walking brain on wedding day as I was nervous and overwhelmed by everything happening around me. Having her there telling me what to do and catering to my needs was amazing. I honestly don’t know how I could have done the day without her - it would have been impossible. Stephanie and her assistant Sarah ensured we stayed on track by following through the timeline. They moved us along and my husband and I didn’t have to think about it at all. Which was so nice! We were able to enjoy the moment, be truly present, and not have to think about what to do next. Apparently, we were behind schedule by 30 minutes (our guests were slow from leaving cocktail area to reception) and my husband and I did not even notice this! In fact, no one did.

In sum, it was the happiest and the best day of our lives and we are so thankful that Stephanie and Sarah were there helping us!! Thank you so much!! You guys were AMAZING!!

Adriannie is a type-A bride’s dream. I planned the entire wedding, but about 6 months prior, I realized I wanted a day-of coordinator to help make sure the day ran smoothly, especially since my venue only provided a maitre d, but no bridal attendant. I had met with a few other candidates, but went with Adriannie as her price was within my range, she had previous experience working at my venue, and the package I wanted started a little over a month prior to the wedding. We had 2 virtual calls and a venue walk-through before the big day, and I used the planning portal which was VERY well-organized and thorough (a super helpful tool I wouldn’t have otherwise had access to). The day of the wedding itself went so smoothly and on time I still can’t believe it. Everything I asked for she took care of, from pinning all the boutonnieres on our wedding party to making sure my husband and I didn’t run into each other when I needed to go to the bathroom before our first look. She was also exceptional at helping bustle my dress, and even helped do it again during the reception when part of it came undone after I accidentally stepped on it. She was truly on top of every little detail and I didn’t have to worry at all and could just sit back and relax. If you are looking for someone to help make sure your day runs exactly as you want, RUN don’t walk to Adriannie.

Adriannie was such an amazing help to me from the moment we started working together! she had a meticulous checklist & docs with helpful info even before we formally started working together, to help me keep myself on track while planning my wedding. all full of things and questions i would never have thought of myself! as it got closer and we connected more, she was always answering my 100s of questions super fast! on the day of she was quietly handling everything while i got ready, to the point where i don't even know how things happened they just arrived/were ready for me when i turned around. she thought of everything, and would handle it before i even knew something had to be handled! it was a dream not having to worry about coordinating vendors or placing my pictures/decor at the venue while i was trying to get ready. if you're thinking of getting a day of coordinator but are on the fence, get adriannie and you will be so happy you did!!
