NP events know how to throw a party and deliver! Natasha and Ankit are super hands-on throughout the whole process and extremely knowledgeable. As a detail-oriented bride, I loved that they both focused on literally every single thing; some, I wasn't even aware of or thinking about! The whole team is super professional and highly experienced in executing large events, especially South Asian weddings, which are like a genre of their own. Our wedding went so smoothly because NP had everything handled behind the scenes. It was EPIC, to say the least. -

Ankit and his team were nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, they kept us very organized, managing every minor detail we hadn’t even thought of. On the actual wedding day, they were absolute rockstars, keeping us perfectly on track so we could actually relax and enjoy the moment. And that's what mattered most to us. Within the chaos, they allowed us to enjoy the little moments before the wedding and in between the wedding and reception and made sure we had the time to take it all in!
Special shout out to Malvi, Swetal, Namita, Priya, and Nami. These ladies don't mess around!! Thank you for making sure we had everything and everyone we needed on time, and making sure we looked good, felt good, and enjoyed every moment.
You truly don’t realize how important a seamless coordination team is until you live through your own wedding day, and we honestly couldn't have done it without them.

We had first heard about Aria events from the high praises our friends had given them. Hiring Aria was hands down the best decision we made. Ankit was super helpful and resourceful whenever we had questions or connecting us to vendors. Meeta was incredible as our team lead, she was available at all times to answer any of our questions and she made the weeks leading up to our wedding less stressful and manageable.
During our wedding weekend, Meeta was always right there making sure our needs were met and made sure everything ran on time. Especially when I decided I was bored with Raas and asked her to change the schedule on the spot. I cannot say enough about my bridal attendant Risita, she is incredible!! I am so thankful she was my attendant because she made my anxiety and stress disappear. From the multiple attempts at getting my nose ring to stick to listening to me vent. She was my go to person all weekend. Namita was also essential for keeping my husband on time and tending to his needs. Krishna helped with all the little details. We could have not done any of it without the Aria team and highly recommend them!! Thank you does not cover how grateful we are for the entire Aria team. -

"Hiring Aria Events was the best decision we made for our sons wedding. They were incredibly organized and handled every detail with such professionalism that we were able to actually enjoy the day without any stress. When there was an issue with scavenger hunt during sangeet Meeta was able to quickly chime in and resolved it swiftly. We can't recommend them enough!

We cannot recommend Aria Events enough!!!! They were an absolute dream to work with.
From the very beginning, Ankit walked us through every step of acquiring vendors. He guided us on which vendors would best fit our vibe and budget, and even helped make the introductions. He followed up every week on our progress and was ALWAYS available to text or hop on a call. We never once felt like we couldn’t ask for help.
As we got closer to the wedding, we met Nami, who was INCREDIBLE. She outlined every minute of all our events, scheduled weekly calls with us, and even FaceTimed with our parents to go over details. There were so many things happening behind the scenes that Nami and Ankit handled—communicating with vendors, ensuring everyone followed the timeline, and managing the bridal party and family members—so we didn’t have to worry about anything. They truly took care of it all.
On the day of the wedding, we worked with Nami, Namita, Priya, Esha, and Pinal, and I can’t thank them enough. Priya and Namita were our attendants, and they were glued to our sides—whenever we needed anything, they were right there. I had very high expectations for our day-of coordinators, especially when it came to attention to detail and punctuality. I was worried it wouldn’t work out the way I envisioned and had trouble letting go of control—but somehow, the Aria team met every single expectation and even exceeded them! Every time I asked whether something was set up or dropped off by a vendor, it was already taken care of.
Our wedding would not have been anywhere near what it was without them. They are the most dedicated and caring team. Several family members even commented on how amazing and helpful they were. Aria Events made all our wedding dreams come true—and thanks to them, we were actually able to relax and enjoy our big day!

We hired Aria Events for partial planning for our Indian-American hybrid wedding, and they were incredible from start to finish!
They helped us find great vendors (and even negotiated rates), and about a month before the wedding, they really took charge — building out a detailed timeline and meeting with us 1–2 times a week to make sure everything was covered. On the wedding day, we had a full team of five coordinators who kept everything running smoothly.

- Ankit – for being our go-to planner throughout the process with amazing vendor suggestions, super fast responses, and just great energy overall.
- Meeta – our incredible day-of coordinator who created and executed the master plan perfectly. She was so kind, calm, and wonderful to work with.

We truly can’t say enough amazing things about Aria Events. My husband and I got married in NYC over Labor Day Weekend 2025. From the very first conversation to the final moments of our big day, the entire team went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect.
Our events specifically had many logistical challenges being in NYC - our sangeet venue was a completely empty space (we had to bring everything in - rentals, alcohol, food, ice) and our baraat was on a sailboat in Chelsea Piers. We had a few unexpected surprises from other vendors as well. Ankit and his team handled everything so well and we could not have asked for a better weekend.

- A special thank you to Ankit, who spent months planning with us — he treated us not just as clients, but as friends. He was honest, thoughtful, and always professional. His calm presence, guidance, and genuine care made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. He answered every question immediately - he is SO on top of every single detail. He was always 10 steps ahead.
- Malvi was incredibly detail-oriented and made sure every element was just right. She always took her time to talk us through the timelines, offering advice based on her expertise but always accommodated our requests.
- Prital and Neha were constantly checking in on us throughout the day — making sure we were comfortable, calm, and enjoying ourselves. Prital even got a stubborn espresso martini stain off my husband's tuxedo shirt within SECONDS. Their attentiveness meant the world to us.
You can tell they care SO MUCH about the couple and the events. -

The dream team - we couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Aria Events and we are so thankful to the team for helping us plan and execute our wedding from start to finish.
To start with, Ankit went above and beyond!! From helping us with vendor recommendations, staying on top of deliverables and timelines, solving issues and making sure every detail was taken care of. He was super easy to talk to, available whenever we needed him which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. Even though Aria was not local to us, Ankit always knew someone to help us resolve delicate vendor situations.
Our head coordinator, Malvi, is truly a star! There’s nothing Malvi can’t do; she’s down to earth, organized, calm under pressure, always available and can handle last-minute issues. Our regular check-ins leading up to the wedding were a life-saver in keeping us on track. Knowing Malvi was overseeing every detail gave us complete peace of mind to fully enjoy our wedding. Even with last minute vendor hiccups - Malvi was there to save the day! From linen colors, table layouts/ arrangements, florals, welcome signs, favors to name a few.
And I can’t say enough about Vaidehi, our bridal attendant - she is gem! She was by my side the entire weekend, anticipating every little thing I might need (from safety pins to fans to ensuring we were fed and hydrated). Vaidehi - thank you for taking the stress away and making sure I felt comfortable, cared for, and able to just soak in the moment.
The full team, including Vrunda and Prital, worked tirelessly around the clock. They are exceptional at what they do, and we are beyond grateful for their professionalism, care, and dedication. Our wedding day was everything we imagined (and more), and we would recommend them above anyone else. -

Aria Events is amazing!! Just reflecting from a week ago, a few of the things that stuck out to me was how much they cared about me, my bridal party, and my family throughout the whole wedding day and planning process. It felt like we were already friends and little did I know they would make me feel like family after the first day meeting them in person on the wedding day!! Leading up to the wedding, we worked with Ankit and a big thing for us was that he was very very responsive. When we would send him a message, he would respond so quickly that our worries never lasted more than a few minutes which was huge for us! He helped us book our vendors well in advance and we felt like we could put full trust in all the people that we would be working with on our wedding day almost a year out— it felt so good checking that off the list early on and we got all the vendors we were hoping for. As we got closer, we started to work with Neha and she was very detailed and direct with helping us solidify our timeline— honestly she was just what I needed!! I had all the pieces and within one meeting she managed to put it all together and tie up any loose ends we had. Then once we got to the wedding weekend that’s where everything started to fall into place. I had a moment of indecisiveness, but talking to Neha she was on my side and willing to make it happen no matter what I wanted to do! This team is fully team bride and groom and each one of them played such a big role in helping our day be the best it could be. From my smallest request to my largest, Neha, Yasmin, Karan, Dharmesh, and Bhumi made it happen!! Truly appreciate everyone for all the hard work they put into the day and they went above and beyond for me, Nimit, our families and friends and all I heard from everyone was how much they enjoyed our wedding day which is all we could ever ask for! ❤️

Ankit genuinely takes the time to understand your vision, and he uses his deep experience and extensive network to bring that vision to life. He’s incredibly responsive (faster than you'd expect!) and he connects you with top-tier vendors who truly align with your personalities and aesthetic. And if anything ever goes sideways — as things sometimes do with weddings — he is right there, advocating for you. In the whirlwind of wedding planning, having someone who truly has your back is beyond comforting. Ankit saved me from more stress than I can count and kept us on track every step of the way.
A few months before the big day, we were introduced to Neha, our lead coordinator for the wedding weekend. I honestly believe Ankit handpicks each coordinator to perfectly complement the couple — because Neha was everything we needed. Incredibly professional, approachable, and always reminding us to focus on us. She spent countless hours crafting a seamless wedding timeline so every moment was accounted for and every vendor was on time. When we had to pivot from an outdoor to indoor ceremony the night before the wedding, Neha took full ownership of the change — allowing my husband and me to enjoy time with our families without stress.
As a Type A bride, I never imagined I’d feel so relaxed on my wedding day. But because of the Aria team, I did — completely. Even my family (especially my dad, who plans events professionally and is not easily impressed) gave them glowing praise. For our traditional Gujarati families to give a stamp of approval? That says everything!

Ankit, Malvi, Meha, Richa, and Neha went above and beyond in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Wedding planing and narrowing vendors is stressful in itself but Ankit was always avaliable to take our calls for guidance through contracts, contacting vendors, and giving pointers on what will help our day run the smoothest! He was extremely organized and always kept us on track. As he has been in this industry for quite some time, it was clearly evident that he is well connected with vendors which was a huge asset to us as we were trying to navigate which vendors to chose for our day! He was trusting and truly an amazing person to work with, leading up to the wedding! In this industry, it's hard to find genuine individuals who care for you and your vision as their own, but I can truly say Ankit, Malvi, and his team are all special individuals who put our expectations and desires as their priority to achieve.
Leading up to wedding we worked closely with Malvi when it came to creating timelines and bringing our vision to life. She was accommodating with our busy schedule and was always there to support us through any inconvenience. The one thing that we found to be the most helpful was the reminders of what we were missing or what was still needed to be done. It kept us on track and ensured every detail, regardless of how small it may have been was taken care of and coordinated. She brought our vision to life by taking the liberty of reviewing our contracts and contacting all our vendors prior to the wedding. As the wedding day drew near, Sajin and I found ourselves still engaged in last-minute planning. Malvi exhibited remarkable patience and understanding and refrained from placing any pressure or urgency upon us although it altered her timeline.
We had faced challenges on the morning of the wedding, particularly concerning the ceremony decor not aligning with our prior verbal and contractual agreement with our decor vendor. We could have accepted the arrangements that had already been completed, but Malvi understood that this did not accurately represent our envisioned outcome. She took it upon herself to contact the vendor and demand they come onsite to make the alteration on the Mandap as this was the focal point of the wedding. Soon enough, the changes were made and we were able to continue our special day! Aria's team made sure every little aspect of the day was taken care of, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without any stress.
Aria Events was there every step of the way, helping us navigate the planning process, and ultimately making our wedding day as beautiful and seamless as it was. Their support and expertise was invaluable, and we are so grateful for everything they did to help bring our vision to life. We would highly recommend working with Aria Events! We will always remember how special Ankit, Malvi, and the team made our day and are forever appreciative of the effort.

We decided to hire Aria Events for both partial planning and day of coordinating services and it was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Given that our guest count was around 500 people, we knew we needed a team that was extremely detail-oriented, organized, and committed to making our lives as stress free as possible during our wedding weekend. From the first call we had with Ankit, it was clear that the Aria team met all these criteria. During the planning process, Ankit introduced us to many of our vendors and was able to get us discounted rates with them. He would also check in on us frequently well ahead of our wedding date to see if we needed help with anything. With his help, we were able to book all of our major vendors very early in the planning process. In general, he was an awesome resource for us throughout the planning process.
As we got closer to our wedding date, Ankit and his team sent us extremely detailed questionnaires to fill out which helped them construct the timeline for our wedding day. The timeline was discussed in detail with us and our families in the weeks leading up to the event, which really helped make sure everyone was on the same page. They were also very accommodating to any special requests that our families' had. Ultimately, it was clear that they wanted to make sure we had the best wedding experience possible.
Fast forward to our we wedding day and we were blown away by the service from the Aria team. The team of Fenil, Rutu, Dharmesh, Swetal and Nami were by our side from the very start of the day and went above and beyond to make sure our event went as smoothly as possible. At one point, they were literally hand feeding us during a long and grueling photo session knowing we had no time to sit down and eat. If there was anything at all our families needed that day, they were there to help without any hesitation. They also executed the timeline to perfection while treating our guests with the utmost respect. In general, they brought such a fun and positive energy that allowed us and our families to stay relaxed and enjoy the event stress free. After the wedding, many of our guests raved about how smoothly our event went, and this was largely because of the efforts of the Aria team. We can't say enough good things about this group and we will always be grateful for choosing them to be our coordinators. They helped make sure we had the wedding of our dreams and we will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family getting married in the near future! -

We hired Aria Events for partial planning and day-of coordination for our wedding. Aria was recommended to me by a friend, and from my initial call with Ankit, I knew they were going to be amazing. Ankit is incredibly responsive—almost instant in his replies—and he made sure we were on track with selecting vendors, which was crucial since we were planning our wedding in less than a year. He is very honest and would always check in at various times to make sure we were on a timely track!
As the wedding approached, we worked closely with Meha, who is the sweetest soul. She helped us create detailed timelines, accommodated our hectic schedules, and tirelessly worked with us to ensure everything was perfectly coordinated. She even surprised us with a visit on our big day, which meant the world to us!
The day-of coordination team, consisting of Jhigna, Jagu, Swetal, Michelle, and Kaushal, were phenomenal. They are the sweetest, kindest, funniest group who always had smiles on their faces and treated us and our families with such care. From keeping us hydrated and well-fed to being by our side for every big and small detail, they truly went above and beyond to make sure our events went as planned. They treated us like family & not just like clients. We had a 500 person wedding on a tight schedule, but team made it work and we are still receiving compliments how well organized our wedding weekend was.
Ankit himself was present at both our wedding and reception to ensure everything was perfect, which is just another example of the dedication and commitment Aria Events brings to their work. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our special day stress free for us and our families!!

We hired Aria for day-of coordination for both our hindu wedding ceremony and wedding reception and my husband and I cannot recommend this team enough! Every single person on this team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Ankit was our POC leading up to the wedding. Although we had never met him at that point, we felt like we were friends and he made us feel 100% comfortable and confident that everything was going to run smoothly for our special day. He was very responsive and helpful. Closer to the wedding, we had weekly meetings with Malvi to iron out all of the nitty gritty details. She along with the rest of the Aria Events team helped us through many unforeseen circumstances to make sure that our wedding day was fully enjoyed and experienced by us as well as our guests. Anything that went awry on the day of was handled promptly and seamlessly by Malvi and the rest of the day-of team. Michelle was my right hand / bridal attendant both days and I absolutely loved her! She was super sweet and beyond helpful. Because of Aria Events, we were able to sit back and relax and truly enjoy our wedding. They were very accommodating and proactive. We utilized their services for 2 days and by the end of it we considered them as guests at our wedding, not a hired vendor. Throughout every moment, the Aria Events team did everything conceivable to make sure we had our dream wedding experience. From making sure our vision for the venue was realized, to making sure we were hydrated. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better team for our wedding and reception day. Don't hesitate booking with them! You won't regret it. -

Look no further, Aria Events are the perfect choice to handle your wedding! We hired Aria for day-of coordination and in short, as one my groomsmen eloquently put it, “we hired the swat team”. Their attention to detail, constant communication, flexibility and quick thinking is what sets Ankit and his team apart. Our wedding was much less stressful and enjoyable with their guidance throughout months before the wedding week. Our lead planner Jhigna held multiple meetings to thoroughly go through every little detail of each event and did an amazing job at keeping us on schedule the entire weekend. She’s the BEST; we barely had to get involved with her taking charge, communicating with our vendors and making sure every issue was addressed. Even our family members and bridal party felt at ease with their detailed checklists/ timelines and constant communication. TLDR; hire Aria Events!!

I cannot recommend our wedding planner, Aria Events enough! From start to finish, they were attentive, organized, and truly made our dream wedding/reception a reality along with 5 other events we had (bride’,s haldi, mehendi party, sangeet, groom’s haldi, and welcome party). Every single detail, from coordinating different vendors to creating a timeline for the day was taken care of and ran seamlessly. Their expertise and professionalism made this 1.5 year planning process stress-free and enjoyable. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful and well-executed our wedding was, and we have our planner to thank for that. I am beyond grateful that I hired Aria for our big day. They were absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end. Their attention to detail, creativity, and organization skills were top-notch. They took my vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way possible. On the day of the wedding/reception everything ran smoothly and flawlessly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This review is definitely not a simple one to write however neither was our wedding . Hiring Ankit and his team at Aria Events as our wedding planners was easily the best decision we have made for our wedding . From the moment we began planning no detail was spared . Details we weren’t even thinking about were addressed and taken care of by the team . Once arriving at our destination wedding in Canary Islands, Spain, the entire team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible . If there was a problem , the team took care of it . If my husband and I needed anything , the team took care of it . If our families or guests needed anything , the team took care of it . No details were missed or spared. If you are looking for a wedding planner who actually cares about the wedding and the bride and groom , Aria Events is THE absolute best choice. Best Team Ever!!
My husband and I got married in April, and it was the most perfect weekend ever. Aria events made sure the entire weekend was organized, and quite frankly perfect, for me and my husband, Sukh. I am so glad we chose Aria events to coordinate the most important day of our lives. From being incredibly detailed, professional, kind, and just overall amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better team for our wedding day. They are true professionals, so good at what they do, and I can’t thank them enough for the best day.
My guests were also extremely impressed at how efficient and well scheduled the entire wedding day was, all because of Aria events and the incredible team.
Ankit, the owner, is also a true professional and runs a wonderful group of planners and coordinators. Overall, 10/10. Thank you Aria for ensuring the best day of our lives was perfect!! -

Ankit and his team are so fun yet professional to work with. We started working with Ankit about a year before the big day since we signed a partial planning contract and he was able to connect us to different vendors and even step in when needed. He also kept us in check and helped us prioritize which vendor to look at first. And his response time is instant, no matter what time it is. As we got closer to the big day, we were put in touch with Meha who helped us perfect our timeline with many phone calls. As we got closer to the wedding day, we unfortunately found out that weather wasn't going to be on our side and Ankit and Meha helped us with different backup options which we implemented. Throughout the weekend, we also had help from Nish, Kaushal, Meeta, and Damini who made our wedding weekend the best weekend of our life and were so accommodating to not only us but to our families and friends as well. Our bridal party praised their communication skills and our immediate families were so impressed with how they made the weekend flow flawlessly. As long as you're specific, detailed, and organized, the ARIA team will help bring your vision to life while you enjoy the wedding weekend. Cannot recommend ARIA enough, 11/10 -

We enjoyed working with Aria events We wouldn't have been able to plan our wedding without them. From the planning to the execution everything was so seamless and during our wedding week we did not stress one bit. They took care of everything that we needed from them as little as holding on to my change of outfits during my events. Ankit was great to work with through the planning stages. And his team (Natasha, Rushi and Urvi) wete incredible during the execution of it all in Punta Cana. If you're looking for a wedding planner, I cannot recommend them enough! We wanted to hire day-of coordinators for our sangeet, ceremony, and reception to take some of the stress off of ourselves and our family members. We chose Ankit and the rest of the Aria Events team because they were so easy to talk to and we immediately felt comfortable with them. The day of, we worked with Fenil and Rutu. This was truly the best decision we made while planning our wedding! They were available at all hours leading up to the big days via text, phone call, email for any questions or concerns. They handled all the logistics and small things we never would have thought of and had great suggestions and ideas throughout to make our wedding exactly how we wanted it to be. Special shoutout to Rutu who was my bridal assistant- she made me feel so calm despite the nerves of getting married. From our first meeting, we knew Natasha and her team were going to go above and beyond in making sure that our wedding weekend went smoothly. They were extremely responsive and made sure we were on track with everything that needed to be finalized prior to the start of our events. As someone who is very detail oriented and a perfectionist, my biggest worry was that I would be stressed out on my wedding day trying to make sure that everything went to plan but Natasha and her team were so well prepared that I literally couldn't find one thing to stress about even if I wanted to. The whole day went even better than I could have imagined and that was all due to the NP Events team. Our parents and guests still talk about how nice they were to everyone and how they kept things organized and on time all day. I would highly recommend NP Events to all future brides! -

NP events was recommended by a friend last year when I started planning our wedding. The first conversation I had with Ankit lasted over an hour and from then I just knew that we must choose NP events for our wedding weekend. Ankit and I would get on a weekly call to discuss vendors. He would guide me in allocating funds towards various vendors, discuss various matters with my vendors and suggested on vendors that would make our events stand out. I would text him after hours and he would respond within minutes to answer any questions.
More over, Natasha and I knew each other from a mutual friend. She is more than just a professional who co-founded this organization. She was extremely kind, helpful and responsive to not only me but my family members during all our wedding events. She was my right hand during all events. Mansi and two other same day coordinators were patient, and compassionate towards me and my husband. They made sure we were running on time and honestly made us feel extra special on our wedding day! All the events ran smooth and better than my imagination. I cannot thank NP events and all the coordinators who supported us in making our wedding day magical. Thank you for executing our wedding so effortlessly! We cannot thank you enough!

Ankit was incredibly responsive from the beginning - he answered every one of our questions even if they were minor. Meeta and Rishi's attention to detail made the entire planning process leading up to the wedding incredibly smooth and both Paarth and I felt very taken care of. Ankit's knowledge of NJ vendors and experience working with the venue, photographer, caterers were all such a bonus as he was able to seamlessly manage all of the million details. As with most weddings, things went wrong here and there - but Meeta and her team were there to problem solve and adjust as needed. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day of coordination team! Would highly recommend!!
