The beginning process consisted of conversations about the style we were after. Andrea offered suggestions and creative input which allowed us to get a better vision for the cake and cupcakes. Aside from input on the design she presented options on the layout and presentation of these delectables.

On the day of the wedding APL Cakes came and set up without any hassle. Speaking of which, throughout the whole process we were kept informed and didn't need to stress about how things were going with the production of the cake and cupcakes. 5/5 stars for APL Cakes.

I have been to a fair share of weddings and the more beautiful the cake, the less edible it tends to be. This was NOT the case with my wedding cake - the cake that Andrea made for me was not only gorgeous, it also was quite delicious!!

In addition to making a delicious cake for my wedding, Andrea made scrumptious, red-velvet cupcakes that we used as our favor which were an absolute hit.

Andrea's cake for my daughter's first birthday - a cherry blossom cake (which can easily be a wedding cake) - was the highlight of the party; everyone was talking about it! So beautiful, as I imagined and beyond! Simple and tasty with fresh strawberries inside. It was easy to work with Andrea - she was flexible and asked me specific questions of how I wanted it. Where I didn't know, she advised me professionally. Cake was delivered and displayed reliably and on time.

APL cakes was a joy to work with. Not only was the cake beautifully done, it was delicious to eat. It was delivered on time and photographed perfectly! ALP Cakes was awesome!!! I had Andrea make our wedding cake and a groom's cake for my now husband. He flew in the Marines and so I thought I would surprise him with a helicopter cake! It was AMAZING!!!! I sent Andrea a picture of the helicopter and I can not describe how awesome it was! My husband was so surprised and overjoyed. He took a picture of it with his IPhone and sent it to his buddies who are still in the military! I would recommend ALP Cakes a 100%!!! Absolutely impressed!!! I feel so fortunate that I found her! OH...did I mention that the cakes were so delicious!!!! We are still eating some of the groom's cake and 10 days later it's still sooo good!!!!
