The Apiary offers an extraordinary experience. We booked with them before the location was even completely built to serve as both the ceremony and reception venue. We were able to visit, see the progress, and discuss our ideas with them well in advance. Mandy and Cooper are so gracious and professional. The food is amazing--our guests are still commenting and raving two weeks later. Their staff are incredibly professional and well-trained. Mandy was always willing to discuss any questions and details, and Cooper offered excellent menu ideas and variety. The Apiary is a true gem in our city!

Working with Cooper Vaughn was a pure delight! The taste, Quality and presentation of his food is First Class. He worked with both my daughter and myself to accomplish everything we wanted for the wedding reception. EVERY person kept telling me how great the food was before, during and after the wedding.

As a bride, seeing the tulips in the garden during my final walk--through gave me chills. The Apiary is gorgeous, filled with perfect details, and the service is impeccable. My friends and family have raved about it being the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to. (I have to say, I agree.) And the food and cocktails... incredible.

I will say Cooper (in charge of the menu and layout) and his wife Mandy (in charge of appointments, paperwork, and billing) are particular about how they prefer to be communicated (Cooper exclusively uses phone and Mandy exclusively uses email). Because of this, at times I had to repeat what I discussed with one to the other. They are extremely busy with other events so it often took a couple days for them to respond to emails.

Additionally, Cooper was particular about which other vendors we used (in some cases recommending, in other cases insisting). That said, he has incredible taste and this ensured that our wedding day was perfect.
