Ann's Flowers was recommended to me for our wedding by Frank from The Waverly in Englewood. Ann's was very easy to work with, professional, and courteous. The flowers arrived on time at the venue and were exactly as promised and priced well. Will definitely use them again!!

They sit down with you review books with you and then pull flowers out of the cooler to give you an example of what your bouque will look like. They are patient and decent on price. They were a huge help! Definately made it a simple and pleasant experience.

Do not order from Ann's Flowers. False advertising to start with. $160 for a beautiful bouquet advertised on their website and it was delivered with only half of the flowers pictured from their website. Diana, 1 of 2 owners, directly said to me that she would resend them once the recipient came back from a family getaway and nothing was delivered as promised. So they changed their mind without letting us know?! Yep, that's correct. Gene, other owner, said no. He was just as rude when asking him about it. She was extremely short and rude and hung up on me after I tried explaining why I was the one calling. I was the that one that referred them but never again. Horrible customer service and even worse ownership.
