My daughter has been in four weddings she is only 5 feet tall so everything needs to hem. Two of the bridesmaid dresses came in smaller than expected one from Australia. Anna took the dresses apart and practically remade them a size larger even though neither dress had lots of extra material to work with. We took them to her early knowing it might take a month or so to do this type of work. She had them finished in two weeks and they were wonderful. The person who wrote the review with just one star must have gone to a different Anna's because we have never had a bad experience. I now take all my alterations there and have recommended her to many other people who all have loved her.

Anna helped me and my mom with our dresses for my wedding. I purchased a strapless wedding dress but wanted to be able to dance the night away. Anna did such a great job I didn't have to tug it once. My mom's dress needed minor alterations they were completely in 45 minutes while my mom waited. The prices are super reasonable and I would recommend her to everyone in search of a tailor.

I can't recommend Anna highly enough. I bought a wedding dress off the rack, but there were some things about it that I wanted changed. I showed Anna a rough sketch of the changes I was hoping to do, and she was able to run with it and transform the dress from an "it's okay dress" to "wow - it's a beautiful dress." Also, I thought her prices were great. I'm so glad to have found Anna!!!

My wife bought a secondhand wedding dress and needed to get the bottom hemmed. We worried this wouldn't be possible because it was lace. Anna was great! I wouldn't have known anything was worked on if I was just seeing it for the first time. Now, she doesn't rush anything; Anna takes great pride and care with her work. I'm glad we asked for help a month before the wedding; it took her between two and three weeks to make sure the task was done right (while still taking care of other customers too). She was friendly and professional but most importantly, great at what she does.

Anna's is THE WORST!! DO NOT GO HERE! I rarely write reviews, but the terrible experience I had here warranted it. I brought in two items of clothing-a maxi skirt and a dress. First I tried on the skirt because it needed to be hemmed (I am only 5'2") and she told me to "wear higher heels". Umm, okay. I had to almost plead with her to alter it because I didn't want to buy different shoes and she reluctantly agreed to do it. Then, I wanted another dress for a friend's wedding shortened and some fabric from the bottom portion of the dress removed. The reviews I read online of the dress said that multiple people altered the bottom part, but Anna appeared not to have the slightest clue how to do it, OR just couldn't be bothered. The bottom was sown together in four panels. One of the panels could simply be removed. I told her if she didn't feel comfortable I could take it elsewhere. BUT she agreed to do it, so she marked up (not pinned, marked) the dress along with my maxi skirt. Then at the checkout, she changed her mind and told me to take the dress elsewhere. I said "okay" and prepared to pay for the skirt, but then she told me to take the skirt elsewhere too!! I was in shock and the frustration left me practically in tears. I had left work early to drive 45 minutes all the way to her shop only to be treated terribly and told to take my business elsewhere! And I am a polite costumer!! I do not understand why I had to "convince" her to take my business, and then she decided not to do the alterations after marking up all of my stuff?? I did take my skirt and dress elsewhere, and the next tailor was great. She said "no problem" about the extra fabric. I will never go back to Anna's again and will tell everyone I know not to go here also!
