From our first meeting, Anna made us feel like we had been friends forever and we immediately knew that we should hire her to coordinate our wedding. She was super responsive to emails and helped us make decisions and plan the day-of timeline, which is a lot harder than it seems! She even picked up my parents and I and drove us from the hotel to the wedding. We had a lot of decorations that she set up for us by herself and everything looked perfect, just the way we wanted it! She kept the bridal party organized and everything on schedule - and made sure we ate when our food was still hot! Also one thing she did which was really great was keep me calm right before I walked down the aisle. My Dad was waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs since he's a little unsteady on his feet, so after my bridesmaids and groomsmen had already walked down it was just me and Anna in the room before I walked out - and she basically talked soothingly to me and rubbed my back since I was a little anxious to walk out in front of all those people and try not to fall on my face. She's seriously the best and my husband and I are so thankful for everything she did for us!

Anna was wonderful to work with from the very first meeting. She brought me a folder with all kinds of information in it, from a planning timeline to vendor information list. It was so helpful to have since I didn't really know everything I needed to do in the whole planning process. She was so great at reminding me to do the little things that I never would have remembered to do! She is very experienced and great at planning out a timeline for the big day. She keeps everyone focused and makes sure the whole day sticks to the schedule. She made a point to contact their other vendors and give them the timeline as well so everyone was on the same page. Everything went so so smoothly. I am so grateful Anna was there to help through the whole wedding planning process and even the day of. She is great.

Anna is the perfect mix of friendly and firm. She knows how to tell vendors (and guests/wedding party) what to do in a diplomatic way. She is also extremely flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make a wedding successful. She catered to my bridezilla request that the bar/cigar lounge not be set up until after the processional because I didn't want pictures of me walking through a bunch of alcohol in the processional. That meant she had to do a quick-change for all of our decor to make this happen. It was flawless. She also made some magic for us by setting out 36 glass hurricanes and candles during cocktails so that as the sun set and my new husband and I headed back toward the riverside where everyone was having cocktails, it was a magical candlelit path for us to make our grand entrance for our first dance. She was the buffer between me and some difficult vendors on our wedding day so I could focus on enjoying the moment and being with my husband. Thank you Anna for making our dreams come true!
