I had a horrible experience with Eva's Bridal of Oak Lawn. I went to pick up my dress in January and requested to make an appointment for dress alterations. The women at Eva's told me I wouldn't be able to make an appointment until June. On June 1st, I called to make an appointment and was told I had waited too long and my dress could never be altered before my wedding in July. I'm glad I was turned away from Eva's though, because Angie's Quick stitch was able to alter my dress in less than a week and it fit perfectly. Thank you! Brides, trust me on this one. Get your dress altered here and you'll love how it looks in the end.

I highly recommend to not come here! I was a customer for several years until they decided to act ignorant and unprofessional that goes for Angie and her assistant! They treated me with disrespect after giving them so much of my business! You are better off going somewhere else! This place is a dump and I hope they close soon.

Angie has no customer service and is very racist. My friend took in her WEDDING dress because the place that she purchased it recommended this place. Well a week before her wedding she went to pick it up and they gave it to her with COFFEE STAINS AND PEN STAINS!!! Angie and her assistant didn’t not want to take responsibility for it. They kept saying they didn’t see the stains!! When they were so clear, specially because it’s a WHITE DRESS. My friend ended up leaving the dress because they were going to clean it and two days before her wedding they gave it to her with the stains still there and said they couldn’t do anything about it. They did not apologize or gave her a discount.
