I've ordered a chocolate mousse cake and a dark chocolate (with raspberry jelly) layer birthday cake, and also a Key Lime pie from Angie's Fairies. The chocolate mousse cake was delicious with a fluffy, chocolatey middle and a decadent chocolate shell with raspberries. The cake wasn't too sweet and Angie also sprinkled the cake with edible gold sprinkles and bon-bons for that extra “luxe” touch. For a milestone 50th birthday, I ordered a layer cake on short notice just a few days beforehand, and Angie was able to do the late order and even delivered it to the restaurant where the celebration was held. The cake itself was like an indulgent cocoa-dream come true: dark chocolate topping with moist and airy chocolate sponge layered with raspberry jelly combined with vanilla buttercream frosting, white chocolate kisses and fresh raspberries on top—YES! Needless to say the birthday celebration was a success.
One of my favorite summer treats is key lime pie, and although pies aren't the part of the list of services, Angie agreed to make the specially requested pie. The 9” graham cracker crust pie had a sweet and delicately tart body, and it was delivered along with two mini key lime pies! Well, unfortunately I have no pictures of the pie because it was devoured quite quickly! If you're looking for baked goods that are a step above the usual commercially available cakes, or have a special request that requires attention to detail, then Angie's Fairies delivers wonderful service and custom quality at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I can't say more about Angie's Fairies Cakes & Parties ! Angie is professional, reliable and makes a fabulous product. The cakes are so creative and you tell she puts a lot of effort into everything she bakes. She uses the best ingredients and makes a lovely presentation. She is very versatile, making specialty cakes for weddings, birthdays and any other event.
She even makes her own Vanilla extract. She makes beautiful flowers for cakes. She is very conscious of food allergies and good sensitives, usually alternatives in baking when needed.

Angelina is one of the most creative professionals i've encountered! She is really flexible and paid attention to details which was a huge deal for me, aside from that she's super honest, funny & friendly :) She really goes beyond!!!! There was a nice variety of things for you to choose from, and personalizing goodies tooo! I really appreciate that she's always on top of things! Highly recommend her for all occasions!

Yes, her patience and professionalism was positive as well as supportive during challenges when making last minute cake changes.
