Kim was a pleasure to work with and with her cupcakes as samples - my fiancee and I delighted in tastings over a span of a coupe of weeks. We did not have the time constraints of attending a tasting to have ot make up our minds.
Just lovely.
We will go there for future birthdays, events and specialoccasions for our dessert selections!

Angel Cakes was great. The cake tasted awesome. I have been to a lot of weddings where it is obvious the person baked the cake well in advance and stuck it in the fridge. My cake tasted like it had been baked that morning. My photographer who has done A TON of weddings said it was the prettiest cake she had ever seen. I did not want to cut it...it was too pretty! I would definitely use Angel Cakes again.

I found Kim from a referral from a DJ I was considering. She was the fourth cake vendor we met with. Her cake was really, really good, and was very reasonably priced. She has so many pictures of cakes she's done in addition to the ones on her web site. She also said that she could do just about anything we wanted if we saw something in a magazine that we loved. We ended up going with one of her original designs, but it was nice to know that we had that option. We had a three-tiered cake and had three different cake flavors. Our favorite was definitely the yellow cake with cream cheese frosting, but all three were really good. She also waived a delivery charge for us because our venue was rather close to her house.

Kim was very flexible and easy to work with.

The owner of this company was very professional, super nice and very flexable. Although when it came down to the wire and I called to confirm, she said she would call me back and never did. It was 50/50 as to whether or not my cake was going to be at the reception. Thank goodness it was, but I would have preferred a little more communication.
