Matt and his team are absolutely incredible. I was struggling to find a videographer--after looking at so many different companies they were all starting to look the same. Ampersand Family was recommended to me by a friend and when I looked at the films featured on their website I was blown away. Each one was unique, each one showcased the couple and their story, and each film was special instead of following the same format. (Of course, some things are going to be the same like ceremony before reception, but you get my drift..). He picked out music to match the mood of each film, which is so important to me as a musician (please no more Ed Sheerhan or Christina Perri for the love of all things good!! lol) and I was sold! Working with Chelsea leading up to our wedding was effortless, and Matt and I even facetimed prior to the wedding to make sure all details were smoothed out. Day of, they were flies on the wall, capturing drone footage and time-lapses and detail shots and important shots, everything I could ask for! They even stayed a little late because the we were behind schedule (go figure) and hadn't done the bouquet toss or garter throw yet). We received our films (both an 8 minute highlight and hour long feature film with full ceremony, speeches, and dances) super quick and they brought tears to my eyes. Friends and family are still reaching out letting us know how much they loved our film, and I am so thankful Matt and his team were able to so amazingly and perfectly capture my Groom and my personalities, story, and love for each other. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Ampersand Family!
