We rented our chair covers and sashes from Amore Decor. They prices were the best in town and they had lots of options. We also consigned a lot of the decor there after the wedding. The process was quick and simple.

This was the first store I went dress shopping at. The young lady who helped us was great. She pointed my family and I at dresses in about my size and let us pick whatever we wanted in addition to a few she had chosen based on what I told her. I do wish she had asked what my budget was when we started. I ended up having a favorite there that was one of this season's Allure styles that had never been worn that they had for a very good price. When we checked the price and it was over budget, she did say there were open to negotiating. Ultimately, I found the dress I loved at another store that had a larger selection; however, I would definitely suggest this store as a great place for any bride to check out. My family and I were comfortable throughout the whole process, and they had some really great prices!

I will start out by saying I will never recommend this place to anyone.
The day I went there to look at dresses and try on dresses was an amazing day- the people were super nice and helpful, I was told that i would be getting a new dress and that my new dress would be in a week or two- I also ordered a veil at this same time. I paid half down that day- we agreed I would pay the other half on the 20th of the fallowing month (which I was fine with thinking my dress would be in a week or two according to the lady that was helping that day). I was then told that they would call me when my dress and veil came in. They called me about a week later saying my veil was in- I then told them I would wait for dress to come in and pick both up at the same time and pay the rest I owed on the dress. Fast foward to the next month on the 14th a little less then a week before my due date on my second payment- I called Amore Décor asking if my dress came in- I was told no and they would call me when it came. Fast forward the 20th which was Tuesday (due date on my second payment)- I was called they left a voicemail saying that my dress and veil were ready to pick-up. I called them back saying I could be there Saturday, I also asked when my dress came in- I was then told there was a mishap with my dress and they stopped cutting it- I would have to take the floor dress-I said I would pick my veil up on Saturday, but I would like to talk to manager (manger would be out until the fallowing Tuesday, also I was told the 30th) about the dress- she said that was fine. After this I was called one more time that day and twice the following day by three other ladies saying that the first one I spoke to mispoke and that may dress is still being cut it just back ordered- but I could always get the floor dress- because since I tried it on they put it in the back and no one else has tried it on since. Long story short I got the Floor dress, not the brand new one. Stuff was not adding up to me.

The dress selection is great. The customer service was HORRIBLE. My daughter found a dress she loved. She left the store thinking the dress was $298. I was out of town, so I called and spoke with a sales person and we talked about the dress, and the price, and when it should be in. I was told 298, but we could consign it after prom for up to half price, and it takes about a week to be delivered. I called the next day to order the dress. She quoted me $298. When I looked online at my credit card statement, I was charged $398. When I called to ask about this, I was told by the owner that it was my error and "not to be bias, but I know no one here would have told you that." I could not cancel the order and there was nothing she could do to help me. SO, I called a week later to find out if the dress was in. It was not, but should be in by Monday. I called Monday, apparently the truck brought the dress back to the warehouse, it should be in by Friday. It's Friday and it's still not in. It's not expected to be in until Wednesday. Prom is Saturday. All I got from the shop owner was, "I hope it's in Wednesday, her prom is Saturday!" Thank you. Thank you for the concern. I called my daughter, she cried. I understand, in the scheme of things this is SO unimportant, but what is important is dignity and honor and responsibility, none of which Amore Decor possess.
