o I wish I could review hair and make-up separately; but here is the breakdown:
o Hair- I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. They mostly did a great job on my bridal party. Only two of the girls’ hair styles were a little off. And I loved my hair! It was exactly what I had pictured and it stayed pretty good throughout the night.
o Make-up-I would give it a 1 out of 5. Awful! I wish I had saved the money and done it myself from the start. It looked nothing like any of the pictures provided and it kept running because they used cheap make-up or applied it wrong, not even sure which. My Mom’s make-up was very bad too, the color was too dark and the eyeliner was crazy. When I told the lady to fix my Mom’s eyeliner and wing it out or something she said, “We can’t do that on her. It wouldn’t look good on her face.” Keep in mind I’m the bride and I know what I wanted, and when I do her make-up I do fun things like the retro-wing eyeliner and she looks gorgeous with it. Just Rude! We got out way later then the time promised, because we waited for a while for some of the people to be done with other clients. And since the make-up was SO bad, me and my Aunt actually had to spend 20 minutes at the venue fixing my make-up. We ran so behind between getting out of the salon late and having to fix the make-up that I didn’t have time to take most of the pre-ceremony pictures I had wanted.
o Overall- Fine for hair, but bring a ton of pictures! I had to keep referring back to the pictures and having her change my hair to what I wanted, but it came out great. Awful for makeup!!!!! Unless you want to look cheap with caked on make-up and uneven runny eyeliner do not use!
