The best planner ever
There really aren’t adequate words to describe how thankful I am for April. There is nothing this lady can’t do. It’s stressful enough planning a wedding, but planning during a pandemic was something I certainly wasn’t prepared for. April was ALWAYS a simple phone call, text, email, or FaceTime away. She answers any and all questions promptly, because she knows the importance of putting her brides at the top of her priority list. She was my mine and my mom’s saving grace as we navigated re-scheduling my wedding as a team. Our wedding looked different than we had initially expected it to, but it was more than we could’ve ever dreamed of. It was perfect & April made sure of it. We owe so much of our special day to her & her team ❤️. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, take my advice AND DO IT! Thank goodness for April
April was a day of coordinator for our wedding at the Barn at Grace Hill in September. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She truly handled the day seamlessly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing other than enjoying my wedding day. Even when the linens showed up 2 and a half hours late, she made sure the tables were set and ready for guests with time to spare even. I'm sure there are things I'm not even aware of that happened and she handled perfectly, and I don't know about them because she is that good at what she does. Even my parents said, April was the best decision we made. Highly recommend!Sent on 10/30/2019

April did the most amazing job of planning and designing my wedding. She took my ideas and ran with them! Her attention to detail was impeccable as well as making sure I got all the things that I wanted. It was also such a relief to have her get in touch with vendors and make sure everything was scheduled and set up as needed for our big day. it's a dance party for all girls (sorry, guys!), with a mission to help our community.
so, i gathered my tribe and together we chose a mission to support.

Ambiance has been my dream since I left for culinary school in 1995. A love for food, spirits, events and a good time fueled the passion to create Ambiance.
After 20 years in this industry, I have seen and done it all. This wide scope of experience brings a global look to each event I am fortunate enough to plan. I have worked years to gather new and unique vendors, cultivated relationships locally and nationally, and a constant consumer of inspiration. I love to dream big and deliver specialized events. And cookie cutter is not in my vocabulary.
No matter the scale, being invited to be a part of someone’s special day is the ultimate compliment and reward.
