Aimee is a certified chef and top graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute in Denver, Colorado. She also received formal training in the art of chocolate and pastry making from the top chocolatiers in France at the Lenotre’ Institute just outside Paris, France. From her education and passion with pastries, cakes, and desserts she founded Amaru Confections in 2000 as a specialty cake and dessert company. Since the beginning Aimee and her staff have been creating one-of-a-kind confections for weddings, private parties, birthdays, corporate events and most special occasions. They use the finest quality ingredients and chocolates to guarantee you an amazing product and they take pride in customizing the design and flavor of your cake or dessert.

Our cake was beautiful! They were very professional and on time. They delivered it and places real flowers we had provided on the cake. Everyone said it was delicious. I highly recommend them!

With being gluten free I wanted a cake I could eat and they were the best!! We got so many complimats on our cupcakes, they were delicious and awesome!!!
