She has experience from teaching cake decorating courses at a local craft store to working as a pastry chef in fine dining restaurants across the country. Wonderful!

Annie was amazing! She worked with me during my busy schedule and put together exactly what we wanted. What I wanted was a little out of my budget so she helped me to make some changes and still get what I wanted within my budget. Thank you so much Annie!

Wedding Cake

Annie was so easy to work with. My daughter had a very unique wedding cake with specific bright turquoise and coral colors and polka dots. Annie was able to match the colors exactly and produce just what my daughter wanted -- A fun, bright, whimsical wedding cake. On the day of the wedding she came to the site and set everything up, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We loved working with her.

Better than we imagined!

We ordered our wedding cake from Annie and were incredibly happy with the end result. She made it more beautiful than I could have imagined. The three separate flavors were excellent along with a flawless design. She handmade gum paste flowers that were gorgeous! We saved the top tier and celebrated our one year anniversary with it, it still tasted amazing a year later! I would highly recommend Annie to anyone shopping for cakes!

Wedding Cake of my Dreams!!

Annie was our dream come true when it came to our wedding cake. She took the ideas I brought to her and made the most gorgeous cake I could have ever imagined. She even decorated it with flowers from my venue herself on site at the reception to make sure it was perfect. On top of all that, the flavor, texture, and moisture of the cake was incredible. We had an absolutely flawless experience with Annie, and I would get another cake from her for any other occasion (or just to feed my sweet tooth) in a heartbeat!

Exceeded expectations in all categories!

From design to flavors to price to delivery everything was absolutely perfect. I wasn’t able to articulate what I wanted very well: “nautical without being in your face about it” was basically all she had to go on and she presented options that were all amazing. She even incorporated the lace from my dress into the middle tier. It was not only custom and beautiful but delicious! Some sort of magic with caramel and ganache on one tier and the grooms favorite carrot cake on another. Annie is very easy to work with and the finished product was stunning.

To Die For Cake

Annie’s cakes are hands down the best ever, both in looks and taste. She did an amazing job creating a custom wedding cake that perfectly blended with our theme and my personal style. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted incredible, we still talk about the chocolate salted carmel layer. Often. She is super easy going and reliable, exactly what you want during chaotic events!

Annie delivers!

Annie made my wedding cake almost 4 years ago, and I still dream about it. I even still have wedding guests tell me they remember how good it was! Not only did it taste amazing (a requirement for me, because who wants a bland wedding cake?), but it looked beautiful. Annie was so great to work with and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. She let us try lots of different samples until we came up with flavors that were perfect. I highly recommend Annie's Cakeshop!
