If I could give Alta Lodge more than five stars, I would. Our wedding was truly the most perfect day, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible team at Alta Lodge.

From the moment we started planning, our coordinator, Misti, was absolutely exceptional. She was organized, responsive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. On the wedding day, every single staff member from the bartenders, chefs, servers, and everyone working behind the scenes was outstanding. They were kind, attentive, excited, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. We never had to worry about a single thing because they had everything completely under control.

The venue itself is breathtaking. Our outdoor ceremony was set against the most beautiful mountain backdrop, and having both indoor and outdoor spaces made the day absolutely perfect. When unexpected weather rolled in, the team transitioned everything indoors so effortlessly that it didn't take away from the day at all. Our reception dinner inside the lodge was warm, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better backup plan.

The food deserves its own review. Every single thing was delicious, from the passed appetizers during cocktail hour to the incredible dinner and dessert buffet. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was! After dinner, everyone danced the night away on the outdoor dance floor under the mountains, and it was truly magical.

One of the most unique and special parts of getting married at Alta Lodge was being able to stay the night with all of our family and friends. Waking up the next morning together at the lodge, reminiscing about the wedding, and extending the celebration made the entire experience even more meaningful.

Choosing Alta Lodge was hands down the best decision we made while planning our wedding. It is a stunning venue, the staff is second to none, the food is incredible, and they create an experience that is unlike anywhere else. We are forever grateful to Misti and the entire Alta Lodge team for giving us the most unforgettable day of our lives. We would choose Alta Lodge again a hundred times over.

Fantastic venue to get married. For how amazing the views are, the excellent food, and the AMAZING staff, I think the price is very reasonable. Getting to rent the entire hotel for the weekend so it was just our wedding guests was super fun, and it relieved so much stress on my end that Alta Lodge does so much for the wedding couple (provides Friday and Saturday dinners, sound system, flowers, alcohol, all set up and take down, etc). Choosing Alta Lodge meant my husband and I (and our families) could just have a relaxing, fun weekend without worrying. Alta Lodge was very helpful and also very flexible. The wedding coordinator Misti is a genius and so helpful and it’s amazing that her expertise just comes with the cost of the venue. I cannot recommend the venue highly enough!!!

We had the most amazing wedding weekend at Alta Lodge. We really couldn’t have imagined a better day and weekend. Misti was there every step of the planning process and answering all of our questions. Having the lodge exclusively for our guests the entire weekend, we were able to include additional wedding events: welcome dinner Friday night and Sunday Brunch. The logistics couldn’t have been easier and every single staff member was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure that both of us and all of guests were well taken care of the whole weekend. If you are looking for an incredible, stress free destination wedding weekend, we’d recommend Alta Lodge to anyone. There is no doubt for us that this was the perfect place to get married and we are so happy that we did!

I cannot speak highly enough about Alta Lodge as a wedding venue. The location is beyond gorgeous. The lodge itself is in great shape and offers lots of space options (inside and outside) for events. The staff from the shuttle drivers to the front desk folks to the servers to the housekeeping crew is friendly and helpful. The food choices were excellent (including vegetarian options) and well-prepared. And the icing on top is that you can spend the entire time up at the lodge or in the canyon. No need to drive anywhere.

What a beautiful venue! The views are incredible!!! The wedding turned out amazing! The wedding coordinator Misti is a literal SAINT. All of the staff is so so kind. All of my friends and family were taken care of! I got to just show up and relax day of!!!

Alta Lodge was a great place to have a wedding. We were just there for the weekend of June 10th. There was still lots of snow on the mountains so the backdrop was beautiful. Their service and food are fantastic. We loved every minute of our time there. We highly recommend Alta Lodge for your wedding.

We chose Alta Lodge for our wedding based on the charm of the lodge and the absolutely stunning mountain views and wildflowers. However, we quickly discovered that one of the best aspects of having our wedding at Alta Lodge was working with the wonderful staff! Everyone was friendly and responsive leading up to our wedding, and worked incredibly hard to make our big day run smoothly; even after we had to postpone our celebration for an entire year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The venue is beautiful (of course), the food was excellent and all of our guests’ dietary needs were expertly taken care of, and the staff was flawless with setting up, taking down, and everything in between. Leading this highly capable and friendly team was our day-of coordinator Molly Austin. We honestly cannot say enough about Molly – she answered all of our questions (there were a lot), she was an invaluable resource while we were planning our wedding, and then she helped us execute our special day to absolute perfection! Molly and the Alta Lodge staff went above and beyond at every turn, making our wedding a spectacular event! We could not be happier with the venue and the people, and we are truly grateful that we chose Alta Lodge for our wedding. Choosing Alta Lodge was easily the best decision of my wedding planning! The women who run the events department are outstanding in every single way. After having to postpone the wedding a year due to Covid, they made everything so easy and stress free. Their communication and execution are incredible. Every time I emailed or called, I had an answer within hours. Every request or idea I had for the setup and design, they totally handled! The service staff, catering, bar service, and lodging all came together for the perfect, most wonderful night we could have ever imagined. Thank you, Alta Staff, for really giving us the best day ever. Worth every penny, every call, and every moment of wedding planning alongside you. Shout out to Rosie, Becky, and Molly for being absolute experts in their field!!

I can’t say enough great things about Alta Lodge. If you’re like me and you don’t really know exactly what you’re doing planning a wedding then this place is sooo helpful with their coordinators, workbooks and almost immediate responses to all inquiries. The food and drink was absolutely fantastic, the view is unmatched, and on top of that they were incredibly kind and accommodating to me (a bride who had to cancel due to the pandemic). My coordinators Molly Austin and Becky Slimming were absolutely fantastic. I’m sooo glad I booked here. Rosie was also incredibly helpful!!

If you are wanting a dreamy intimate mountain wedding.. look no further. We had our wedding at Alta Lodge on 8.28.20 and it was honestly a dream come true. Nothing beats that mountain view! So stunning! I've never seen a prettier view of the mountains. The lodge is such a cute venue and nothing beats its original charm. It's truly unique! The staff makes you feel at home and we are so happy to join the Alta family now. Rosie showed us the lodge in the beginning and was really helpful to give us all of the information that we needed. Molly was our wedding coordinator that came with the venue and was seriously a lifesaver!! She helped us every step of the way and made sure things were going as planned and things turned out just as we envisioned. When COVID happened, they let us know all of the new protocols and we are so lucky we didn't have to postpone our wedding. They did everything they could to make sure our wedding was perfect.. even during a pandemic. Wedding planning during COVID is a nightmare for anyone, and when the world was suddenly flipped upsidedown Alta Lodge was there for us. We had 10000 questions about planning during a pandemic, and Molly took the time to meticulously answer every single one so we could be at ease. We are so grateful for the Alta staff for their dedication to make our day perfect despite these uncertain times. The food at our reception was amazing and the steak was the best I've ever had! We cut our guest list down to 43 and it felt like the perfect amount for the space. Everyone had such a great time and loved everything. It was so fun to take pictures in the mountains right after our ceremony. The patio was the perfect place for all of our wedding events. We loved being outside and the weather was perfect that time of year. We could go on and on about how much we love Alta.. in conclusion, we can't recommend them enough! (:
