Christina lacks the attention to detail, the ability to multitask and any semblance of professionalism to successfully plan even a small, elegant wedding at a beautiful venue. She was a complete disaster. She overpromised and underdelivered on everything we discussed. She was late to most meetings with the bride and critical vendors over the full year she had to pull this off. She even ran 30 min late to rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, she disregarded specific requests and wedding details. These small but important details were reviewed with her multiple times and provided to her in writing after she neglected to accurately recap face to face discussions throughout the entire planning process. She clearly bit off more than she could chew and lacked the insight to ask for or hire help. She called the MOB with less than 2 hours until guests arrived to ask “Who’s supposed to be settling the tables”? She needed to be reminded as the sole wedding planner that is a question for her, not the MOB helping her daughter get dressed. When the MOB arrived at the venue, she had set up the welcome, gifts and cake tables in a pile of wood chips deep on the wrong side of a walled pathway. She blamed the MOB for not communicating where the tables go and then later blamed this dumb mistake on the men who were asked by her to set the tables exactly where she asked them to be placed. She was bluntly told by the MOB to move them, which created another problem. She yelled at the staff, the guests, the officiant, and told the MOB to “F-Off” twice in front of the bride and her 6 year old flower girl after berating the bride about her mother’s “disrespectful tone” in front of family and threatening to leave a “hostile work environment” she created. The entire venue could hear her meltdown. To her credit, she did finish the job (albeit in a bright red jumper and orange sneakers). She was the star of this show, not the bride! Her arrogance and incompetence can only be matched by her thin skin. If you still are not convinced to pass on this wedding planner, we have video evidence of her disgusting behavior including her f-bombs in front of the 6 year old flower girl!!!
