From start to finish, Mrs. Gwen was amazing! I never felt overwhelmed during the planning process, and with her guidance she helped me from steering astray. She took notes on everything that I imagined and made it into a reality! Her and her team made my wedding day and reception day very memorable. My guest were even complimenting them. It was such a pleasure working with Gwenette. She brings great ideas to table and she also has a great level of professionalism. She'll work incredibly hard to make sure your wishes are carried out. You'll figure out quite early in the relationship that she has your back. The day of our wedding, I didn't have a single worry. I got to the venue and our special day was kept free of stress. It allowed for me to truly focus on what mattered the most – celebrating the love with friends and family.

When planning a wedding, you have to be at your best when meeting every vendor because everyone is trying to nickel and dime you.

Having someone you trust is the most important aspect of planning a wedding in my opinion. We completely trusted Gwen from the start. We felt through the entire process, that she was advising us and making decisions for us, that had our best interest at hand. Anyone she referred us to as far as vendors was excellent as well.

In so many other encounters with vendors, we would either get upsold or referred to others who would charge outrageous prices.

She also kept us very organized. She asked us numerous questions along the way of things we didn't even consider. If it was something we didn't think we could handle, she would take it and run with it.

On the actual wedding day, Gwen and team were very organized and I was at complete ease minus the nervousness of actually getting married. Gwen and team also stepped in and helped in areas they did not have to like assisting the caterer.

I would recommend Take One Events to anyone who was planning a wedding!

Gwen and Rita were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was traveling from Boston to Atlanta with very little understanding as to how vendors interacted with each other, and Take One Events not only executed and managed the entire event, they were the glue. They say, Southern Hospitality is one of the finest, and Take One Events made sure we were well taken care of. We were the DJs of the wedding, and because we were traveling by flight, we received texts days in advance, before we took off, when we landed, and even after we checked into our hotel. I was the singer/guitarist for this wedding. I played the Pre-Reception cocktail. Gwen was professional and on top of her game from start to finish. I've played over 400 weddings/receptions and worked with a lot of coordinators, she's a good one!

There wasn't anything that could have been approved upon. Wedding was great.
