We used Al's for our wedding cake & cupcakes and we were not disappointed! We got the most bang for our buck and the cake and cupcakes were delicious.

I was first recommended Al's Bakery by my venue, and then by my florist, and then more and more by word of mouth. At first, I was a little skeptical about the craftsmanship of a wedding cake coming from a grocery store bakery, with all the detail I wanted going into it. I talked to the lady who makes the cakes there over the phone many times (since I live out of town). And was completely assured that she knew her stuff. I went with a 3-tiered cake and cupcakes. I sent her items that I thought might be fun that I had found from craft stores (like ribbon, edible pearl-like candies, and flowers), along with pictures from magazines that I liked. I had no idea what the finished product would look like. I was blown away by how gorgeous and detailed it was. I had guests at my wedding come up and compliment it. Many people said how GOOD the cake and cupcakes tasted (I did different flavors). I had guests even take cupcakes and cake home, it was that good! I paid almost 1/3rd the price other bakeries in the area wanted to charge me, and was 100% satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend them!!!

My original cake was made by an associate that worked there at the time. on her way to deliver the cake she almost got in an accident, and our cake got ruined. She called her crew at Al's and they all came together and made a brand new cake in the matter of 1.5 hours! it matched perfectly to our wedding colors, and was Delicious!!
