Alpine Steak House catered our wedding and I can't even express how pleased I was that we went with them. Working with Matt and Matt was amazing. I met with them initially and was worried they were going to suggest a sit down dinner of steak and potatoes and to be honest they weren't really in the running when I was hitting up caterers during one of my visits to Sarasota (did it to appease my parents who are local). I could not have been more excited with what transpired. Chef Matt built a menu for me that was exactly what I was looking for, lots of appetizers and station style dinner with tons of diversity, creativity and quality food to choose from. When meeting with him he kept popping into the kitchen and coming out with one wonderful entrée after another. Manager Matt's attention to detail at our reception was second to none. They made everything perfect!! My guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was, grilled oysters, caramelized bacon, tenderloin canapé, seared tuna, stuffed mushrooms (3 kinds), chicken satay. Stations were salad, seafood, sliders, pasta and dessert. "The Matt(s)" made my reception perfect, even getting red wine off my dress when a bridesmaid spilled it all over the back. I feel like I made friends for life. They also catered the parents dinner the Wednesday prior to my wedding, which was steak and potatoes and that was awesome too!!! My only regret was not eating more (bride fail) but that was my fault seeing as Matt kept bringing us food!! Hire them for your next event, you won't be disappointed!
