We spent the happiest day of our lives at the Seafood Shack on February 20, 2021. Constance Pring, the venue coordinator, was an absolute saint. For months she worked with us and helped our dream become a reality. She was so accommodating and patient with us. I originally planned our wedding before daylight savings. I planned for the ceremony to start at 6 pm without realizing that the sun sets at 6:30. Just a month before our wedding, I asked Constance if we could move the wedding up an hour and she was more than pleased to help with that request. I also ran into Constance while getting my nails done (what are the odds?!) a few days before my wedding and we talked the whole time about planning the wedding. I felt bad talking business while she was out of work and trying to relax but she made me feel like i wasn’t a burden at all! To me, that was so sweet and felt like she truly cared. My mother also spoke with Constance on many occasions and I am so appreciative of Constance keeping my mother in the loop. During our wedding, Constance kept us on a timeline that made everything run so smoothly. She was there every step of the way and we would not have had it any other way. She was also there when we took photos on the docks to help move stuff out of the background and make sure we get the perfect photos. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her. We planned a small intimate wedding of about 30 people. We had our ceremony in the Hunters Point room and our reception in the Neptune Room. Initially, we thought we could go without a DJ. After one of our final walk throughs, Constance suggested we hire a DJ because of how much smoother and less stressful it would be for us. We agreed and are so happy we did. She found us a DJ about a month before our wedding and without him, it would have been complete chaos. Constance also helped with other suggestions that made everything fit perfectly into place. She knew we wanted a nautical wedding and the rooms set ups did not disappoint. The decor they already had at the Seafood Shack felt like we were in an underwater palace. Our rooms also had the most spectacular views of the ocean and the Cortez bridge. The guests drooled over the appetizers and our food was hot and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the blackened snapper. There was not one complaint. George was our bartender, along with Constance, and waiter and he was so patient with us. When I say it was a perfect day, I mean it really was a perfect day. Not one thing went wrong. To this day, the guests that were at our wedding still rave about how beautiful and fun it was. If you are looking for a magical venue, this is it.

Omg how can I express these words! The Neptune room was one of the 12 venues we visited ! When my husband and I walked into this venue we didn’t expect to feel or even see what did! From the moment we spoke with our #1 girl Constance she hit our ideas , our visuals right on the money! She was absolutely amazing ! We sat , we asked questions, we knew in out hearts that this was the magical place we wanted to make our wishes become reality ! The Neptune room was exactly what we were looking for and Constance was an added bonus! What she did , how she made our venue look for our big day was and is beyond we imagined! Our guest loved loved everything about the venue, decor but most of all Constance. We can’t thank you enough on creating our magical memories and turning it into a brides dream come true! You are truly amazing at what you do! And the Neptune room is lucky to have you there! So from the bottom of our hearts we thank you and appreciate you for all your hard work! If anyone is looking for a venue with a beautiful view and want it magical please take it from us you won’t regret your decision!

I don't even know where to begin - the Neptune Room was the best decision we made to have our wedding reception!!! It's spacious, adorable, has the best views of the water and is affordable. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how great the food and desserts were. Everything was magical and the best part was our coordinator BRANDY! I don't have enough great things to say about her. She made my vision come to life and for that I am forever grateful. If you are looking for an amazing experience, book the Neptune Room! Brandy was amazing! I was planning a wedding from across the country and she was there for me every step of the way! I got many compliments on the food and how beautiful the venue was. The weather didn’t hold up for our beach wedding and had to move our ceremony inside and they were so accommodating! I highly recommended this venue!!

We can't say enough about the Neptune Room and their wonderful event staff! From start to finish, everything was perfect! What I really liked was the transparency and the fact all costs are discussed up front and there are no hidden fees or surprises! Every detail was covered and my husband and I couldn't be happier!

The Neptune Room at Seafood Shack is incredible! The room is immaculate! It’s right on the water, so we had a beautiful sunset for our wedding! The room itself is so beautifully decorated with netting, mermaids on the wall posts, and glass bulbs hanging from the ceiling so it didn’t need much decoration! It’s also a very spacious room that can easily accommodate a big wedding, or a smaller more intimate wedding! I highly recommend the Neptune Room and Seafood Shack as a wedding venue! It’s absolutely gorgeous; you won’t be disappointed!

I was initially thrown by the fact that it is located in The Seafood Shack, but don't let that fool you. They have done some major updating, and The Neptune Room is absolutely stunning. The views of the water from this second floor event location are incredible. The room itself is actually beautiful as well; they have done so much to update and improve the space. One amazing part of this venue is that it is not just a completely blank canvas that you must then spend a fortune trying to decorate. They have done a spectacular job decorating the space in such a way that you can simply add your own decorative touches so that everything comes together to suit your own style. They are also willing to move around their decor to suit your needs, and they even have a storage room of additional finishing touches to choose from (which can save you tons).

The best part of The Neptune Room, however, was the excellent service. Their coordinator, Brandy, was so attentive and accommodating. Not only was she ALWAYS available to answer my questions, but she ANTICIPATED my needs and questions. She frequently answered questions and addressed needs that I didn't even know I had. In fact, after touring several other venues and meeting their coordinators, when we met Brandy she was one of the biggest reasons we chose The Neptune Room as our venue.

They do require you to use their catering service which made me nervous because I have a severe gluten allergy, but their chef is extremely accommodating in this regard. When we were trying to make our final decision about this venue, he came and spoke with us. In answering all of my questions, he did not make me feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he actually seems to enjoy the challenge. Also, the food itself tasted (and looked) spectacular...and I'm not just talking about by gluten-free standards.

Brandy and her staff were absolutely amazing! Superb service, fantastic food . . . THE best place for an all in one wedding venue. Rehearsal was perfect. The wedding and reception was without a flaw. Great place for sunset pictures!

The Neptune Room at Seafood Shack is wonderful ... We are so happy we chose this venue for our wedding ceremony and reception! Brandy (the Event Manager) and her staff are exceptional! We received numerous compliments from family and friends about the food, the staff and the atmosphere, especially the view of a beautiful sunset. The Chef did an extraordinary job at making sure our food was just as we ordered and the presentation of our dessert/wedding cake was perfect! The staff was very friendly to all of our guests. And, there are not enough words to express our gratitude to Brandy and everything she did to make our day such a happy memory!
