We love weddings and the excitement they entail! We have a strong passion to make sure every detail is perfectly executed. We strive in the stress of events and hope to make everyone's visions realty. We are located in Tacoma, WA and are available for travel.

If I could give any advice to anyone getting married in the Central Coast, it would be to hire Allison O'Hagan- no matter what your wedding budget is. Seriously, she was our wedding angel! Allison was our wedding coordinator for our Santa Margarita Ranch wedding. Allison stands our far beyond other coordinators in the area! We were able to get ahold of her right away. She is available for e-mail advice from the day that you hire her until the night of the wedding (a lot of the other coordinators would only do that for about $1,000 extra!). We probably e-mailed at least 100 times before the wedding! And every single time, Allison responded within the same day.

Allison was a very valuable source of vendor recommendations. We told her our budget for vendors that we still needed, & she gave us names of vendors that she had worked with in the past in our budget. This is how we booked the Ribline, DJ Andy Morris, & Fluid Bloom Florist...all people that I would highly recommend again!

On the weekend of the wedding, Allison was an angel. She led our rehearsal & did all of the set-up for the wedding day. Since we had a December wedding, we knew the weather was going to be a toss-up. Allison had a plan A & plan B set-up ready to go, & good thing she did because it rained our whole wedding day & everything had to be set up inside the barn! But that was nothing for Allison. She came prepared, & everything went without a hitch- not many people with a 150 person wedding on a rainy day can say this, & we owe it all to Allison. She set up all the decorations, handled the caterers/DJ/announcements, made sure everything was timed correctly, kept the heat lamps going, and she even served a plate of food for us herself! At least 1/4 of the guests noticed Allison's hard work enough to verbally complement us on hiring her. The best part was that my husband & I got to fully enjoy our wedding day, & I can honestly day it was because we had so much faith in Allison's abilities!

Allison was our fairy godmother! We planned our wedding from two states away and I was panicking until we hired Allison. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept us all on track, and worked tirelessly the day of the event. We brought in a lot of our own decorations, and she set everything up beautifully. I would recommend her to anyone. Allison is a joy to work with and our wedding was perfect thanks to her.

Allison served as the day-of coordinator for my 3-day wedding in San Luis Obispo. 3 DAYS. That meant: Three different guest lists. 170 guests. Three venues. Three days worth of flowers, caterers, linens, tables, you name it. Eight bridesmaids. Eight groomsmen. A food truck. A photographer. And two videographers.

She helped us keep track of which vendors needed to be paid when, and (very importantly) she helped us map out each of the venues and plan what table/chair/sign post/little detail went where. She helped us coordinate timelines and scheduling with our photographer and videographer, and she helped gather up the bridal party and the family for pictures. She also stayed until the very end on each day, and was very accessible on the days that we needed her to be there. She also always tried to send us (the bride and groom) home at the end of each evening, so that she could take care of everything and so that we could enjoy our day (and night.) That meant a lot to us!

We heard so many great things about our wedding from our guests…and I must say that Allison was absolutely key in everything happening smoothly and without a hitch. In all three days, not ONE thing went wrong. Nothing and no one got lost. Nothing was out of place. Everything went according to schedule. She helped us smoothly execute the three biggest days of our lives and she did an amazing job.

Extremely responsive and professional. Very easy to work with as we planned everything, and very easy to work with on the big day(s). Great value, too!

Allison made our whole planning and "day of" a wonderful experience. There was truly no stress involved as she was very responsive, listened well, gave professional advise and knew exactly what we were hoping to accomplish. She is extremely detailed and very resourceful. She made it soooooo Fun!
