All In Catering is a wedding catering company based in Los Angeles, California. The owners and head chefs, Matt Bollinger and Brian Nichols, relocated to “The Golden State” from New York and decided to open their very own catering business based on the belief that creative and delicious cuisine can be served anywhere. At All In Catering, Matt and Brian will prepare a completely customizable menu for your wedding day that you and your guests will remember for years to come.

Services Offered
On the day of your wedding, All In Catering will take care of all of your delivery, setup and cleanup needs. Couples have their choice of a variety of catering services for their cocktail hour and reception. Those services include family style, buffet, tapas, hors d'oeuvres, plated, stations and more. Along with their catering services, All In Catering can also create a signature drink for your wedding day.

Cuisine
All In Catering’s menus are heavily influenced by the food that is available at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market. Matt and Brian enjoy using local and fresh ingredients in all of their meals. All In Catering is comfortable crafting menus that fit the dietary and nutritional needs of the clients they serve.
