I'm a photographer based out of Tallahassee, Florida. My love for photography began in the darkroom (processing film and making prints) in elementary school. After graduating from Florida State University's BFA Art Program, I decided to embrace freelance photography. I've completely held on to my love of film while embracing the amazing advancements digital photography has given us. That being said, I shoot film and digital at most weddings. Why? Film photography inspires me, keeps me motivated... sharp and produces beautiful images.

How I work: I shoot in a documentary style. . . focusing on creating images that reflect the personalities around me, the true events and emotions of the day with as little interruption from me as possible. Don't get me wrong, I certainly take bride, groom and wedding parities aside for some one on one time but I focus on keeping it cool and unstuffy. My goal on a wedding day is to capture you and your other having a great time and to photograph what you are probably missing (because it goes by so fast!).

I love this work... getting to spend some of the most important days of people's lives with them is awesome!
