Y'all working with Alex was 11/10. From our initial phone consultation, it was 100% clear she was the one. Her vibes are contagious - she brought so much vision and energy to our first discussion. Her pricing was on par with other photographers, but honestly her level of service is above and beyond.

The first time we met Alex in person was our engagement shoot. My fiancé is a little introverted and she made him super comfortable from the start. I'd sent her a list of locations in advance of some places downtown where we'd want to shoot. She was professional, on time, and instantly dove right into finding the best angles and light at our first location. Our final engagement photos were so incredible that we didn't even want or need touch-ups to them. She absolutely nailed it. I cried happy tears when I saw them.

Prior to the wedding we had another phone consult to discuss the timeline. Of anything in the wedding planning, the nebulous-ness around the timeline was the most stressful for me. Alex was super helpful in relaying how long we'd need for photo capturing, and she gave us full details on what to expect. She really helped alleviate all my concerns around the timeline!

And finally, the wedding. Our guests were commenting on how incredible she was! She was there with me capturing our moments, and she also had an assistant who was capturing moments with the groom. When we shot our family photos after the ceremony, she wasn't shy about being vocal to clearly communicate who needed to be in the photos and who was on-deck. This expedited the process and helped us finish up with the photography even ahead of schedule! This gave us more time to enjoy our reception with the guests!

In short, PLEASE HIRE ALEX. She is kind, fun, talented, professional, flexible, extremely knowledgeable, and made both my husband and I feel SO comfortable throughout this process. We are beyond impressed. Her photography is imaginative and her personality is a gem. I want to get married again just so I can hire her once more :)

Alex is absolutely incredible!!! There are too many nice things to say. From the beginning Alex was super responsive and easy to work with. At times it was like she was more excited for my wedding than I was. She and her husband (also second shooter) came to our destination wedding in the Dominican Republic and from the moment they arrived they fit right in. It was like they were our friends and a part of the guest list and not just our photographers. ALL the photos are incredible. I don't like taking photos and Alex was super quick and made sure we got the perfect shot without having us take photos for hours. Her style is also incredible. Alex really was a win win win and the perfect fit for our fun and relaxed destination wedding. 12/10 - HIGHLY recommend Alex to a friend.

We could not have asked for a better photographer!! We had to reschedule many of our venues and dates due to COVID 19 and she always very willing to work with us! On our wedding day she was completely professional and organized but at the same time fun and put everyone at ease. She is so efficient and great with the adults as well as the children. We are so pleased with all of our photos! I would choose her again and again for all of life’s important events!!

I cannot rave enough about Alex! She is an amazing photographer but it’s her personality that truly made all the difference. She was so positive, bubbly, and encouraging throughout the shoot and made us feel so comfortable. Alex was very willing to listen to our ideas for photos as well as add in her own expertise to make our visions a reality. She was willing to climb through the woods and stand in the middle of a river to get the perfect shot. We had our dog involved in the engagement photos and she was great with him as well. She would bark as she took photos to get him to look at the camera and it totally worked! She even posted a few sneak peeks within 24hours and they were perfect. We had our album of nearly 200 engagement photos posted within 2 weeks. The website is password protected so you can share with your family and you are able to download all the files. She is such a talented photographer and we are so happy with all of our photos. I even emailed her after we got our files asking her to remove a fly away hair and enhance the back ground colors in my two favorite photos and she did it within 24 hours. You cannot be that kind of customer service.

Alex flew into Amarillo, Texas from Augusta, Georgia to photograph our wedding. She was great to work with and extremely organized. Alex kept the flow of the day going and was able to capture some great shots despite the wind and cool temperatures that day. She made me feel absolutely comfortable and confident due to her assertiveness as well as bubbly personality. Alex made my wedding day easy and stress free! We will be using her again in the future!
