Hiring Skyla to be our wedding planner/florist turned out to be the best decision we made while planning our wedding. She turned our backyard wedding into a stunning, elegant, and magical night. The planning process was flawless, she handled every detail and logistical questions/concerns that come with having a wedding at a private estate. I also want to point out that we live out of state, and having Skyla made planning our wedding stress free from start to finish.
On top of that, Skyla’s florals were so beautiful and captured the vibe we were going for perfectly. She came up with an incredibly creative way to design a stunning rose and eucalyptus display on the tree we got married under, it literally stole the show (see the pics!). You will not regret using Skyla for planning and florals!

We are so happy that we hired Skyla! Skyla and her team were more than worth the money and one of the best vendors we hired. There were times when we would get stressed and not sure what direction to take, Skyla was always so helpful in pointing us in the right direction. She is also very quick at responding, I would text her and she would respond within seconds. On the wedding day, Skyla and her team made it much less stressful because they were there to set up and we didn't have to rely on family members that may not have followed through. Everything was so nice the way everything was set up. The day of the wedding right before the ceremony, my eyelash started to fall off, Skyla went and bought some eyelash glue and fixed it for me. Even at one our vendor meetings, my husband's car broke down, and Skyla was kind enough to drive me to where he was and jump our car. Skyla and her team went above and beyond and 100% happy with everything that they did!!

The best advice I give to newly engaged couples is to hire a wedding planner, and Skyla is always the one I recommend. She is simply amazing! Our wedding would not have happened without her! Skyla was able to help us articulate the vision and then execute what we had in our heads. She helped turn a wishy-washy dream into the most wonderful night of our lives. Skyla helped us find the most perfect venders, gave us excellent advice, and helped keep our heads on straight through all the stress of planning a wedding. She was a confidant, support system, and point person through all the planning. The very best feeling I had was waking up the day of my wedding without any stress or worry because I knew we had put the best team in place and that Skyla would make sure everything was perfect. And boy did she deliver! You can tell that she loves what she does and who she works with and is always 100% invested in her clients. For the sake of your relationship, hire a wedding planner, but more specifically: hire Skyla, you won't regret it.

Skyla did amazing on our wedding. I have known Skyla for a few years now as we went to high school together. When I started looking for a wedding planner I immediately emailed Skyla on her website. I booked Skyla as a Day Of Coordinator. Throughout my planning process Skyla was there for any questions or issues I had. I knew that if anything came up I could call, email or text Skyla and she would answer me in a timely manner. When it came to the month of the wedding, where Skyla would take over, I made sure to have everything ready for her that she needed. At our rehearsal for the ceremony Skyla did amazing coordinating the Processional and Recessional, she also went out that night to get me anything that I had forgotten. On the day of our wedding Skyla was there for me every step of the way. She made sure that the reception hall was set up to mine and my mom's specifications. She met each vendor and made sure that everything was going smoothly the entire day. Our reception timeline went perfectly and Skyla made sure to keep us on track. I highly recommend Skyla and her team! She is very professional, even for knowing me since high school, she is driven and she ensures that her bride and groom are satisfied and well-taken care of. Skyla made our wedding day care free and I was able to enjoy the day without worrying about anything that was going on.

Skyla was absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided to get married in only 6 weeks. I tried to plan on my own and was too overwhelmed. My mom reached out to Skyla and she was able to meet immediately. We began planning to have a backyard wedding at my parents house. About three weeks before the wedding, we decided an indoor venue would be more suitable for the amount of guests that RSVP'd. Skyla was able to schedule a venue last minute and coordinate our entire wedding in a very short amount of time. When it was our wedding day, the venue was exactly what we had envisioned. Skyla took away so much stress and was very responsive any day of the week. I would highly recommend Skyla to anyone looking for a wedding planner. She truly goes above and beyond to make your wedding a memorable day.

I had to hit the wedding because that was the only option, but it was actually my 40th birthday/ graduation party! ( If you knew me you would realize how huge this is) Because of the amazing job she has done with my 40th birthday/graduation party, I will be reserving her for my 25th wedding vow renewal! If you don't book her you will be missing out on the best event planner you have ever had! Amazing job! Thanks so much Skyla!

If it wasn't for Skyla I'm not sure I ever would have gotten married. I was engaged for almost two years when Skyla reached out to me and wanted to meet up with me and my future husband to discuss her services as a wedding planner. I had tried multiple times to organize my own wedding, free of wedding planner charges, but found myself always too overwhelmed and often giving up. I didn't want my special day to be more stress than enjoyment. Skyla was able to hold my hand through the entire process, which took a load of stress off of my shoulders and allowed me to enjoyed planning for once AND her price was very reasonable. Totally worth it! Our budget was one that, I am sure was difficult to work with, but Skyla never complained and was able to create a miracle wedding atmosphere with our very small budget. It was everything we wanted. She was dedicated to give me the best. She even went out of her way to make my center pieces! (Which looked AMAZING) I had full faith in Skyla and let her choose my table, linens, chairs, and china. So glad I did, because it was absolutely stunning. Thank you so much Skyla and Skyla Booke Weddings and Events for helping me coordinate a fairy tale wedding.

I can't say enough good things about Skyla. I was in a terrible position, where I couldn't rely on my venue to come through with everything I had planned for over a year. I was scared that the wedding I had envisioned wouldn't come through. I started looking for a day of coordinator when I met Skyla. As soon as I spoke with her on the phone, I knew we would get along and I knew she would make my vision a reality. She spent a ridiculous amount of time with the venue making sure they didn't screw me over and making sure my day was perfect. We went through all the details and she came through with great rates from other vendors for beautiful little details I had never considered. She thought of everything and made everything happen. I was so concerned about where to get ready and she made another larger room available at the venue so I wouldn't have to worry about getting ready off site. She learned how to drive a golf cart so that I could do my first look a little ways from the venue. She went above and beyond anything I ever dreamed of. Even my other vendors raved about her professionalism and how great she was to work with. To all the brides out there, first, every wedding should have a wedding planner. It is my biggest regret not doing so from the beginning, especially planning from out of state. Second, that planner should be Skyla! She was the glue that held my wedding together and made it what I dreamed about!
