We were working on a very tight budget and weren't even sure we were going to splurge for a wedding video and thank goodness we did! We sent Aimee a few of our favorite songs and she blended them all in the video in such a beautiful way - it captures our love and all of our friends and family - that makes me cry every time I watch it (which is a lot!). Her prices are very reasonable and she went above and beyond - drove to my house to give me the CDs and made everything very accessible by email so I could send to all my family. We got a full length and a highlight reel and love them both! Thanks again Aimee - we will always cherish it!

Aimee was amazing! She has a wonderful personality, and a true gift for filming! We loved our video! We cried, we laughed, and we could NOT believe all of the moments she captured that we did not remember at all. Aimee makes deeply personal and individualized wedding films. In a sea of cliché wedding constructs, Aimee La Joie is a breath of fresh air! Before deciding to hire Aimee, my groom and I had interviewed four different, more polished, wedding videography operations. All much more expensive than Aimee. We noticed that these other compnies made films that were indecipherable from the next. Same shots; same lighting; boring. Aimee was good at listening to what values were important to the bride and groom; what shots were important; and what music we like.

Aimee is an extremely talented photographer and videographer. She has an excellent eye for capturing the right moments from the best angles, and does a seamless job with editing. Her vast knowledge of music also enables her to pair each scene with the right soundtrack. I would easily recommend her for capturing your event.

When I was looking for a videographer I really just wanted someone to record my wedding. With Aimee I got so much more! She captured so many beautiful moments, which made watching my video so special. I refer her to all the brides I do make-up for, because I know she does amazing work!
