Jay and his crew were absolutely phenomenal!!! They seriously just know how to interact with the crowd and get them going and continued this throughout our entire wedding. The music was exactly what we wanted and kept us on our feet 99% of the time. Had to sit down to eat right? I can't tell everyone how much we loved having them for our dj at our wedding. Best choice ever!!!!

Thank you Jason for providing the Rocky Point Class of 78- 40th Reunion Celebration at the Residence Inn Long Island East End an exceptional night of entertaining music. You did a fantastic job with the crowd playing great dance music from our high school time period and then slowing it down so us old folks could reminisce and feel the romance with our 70' sweethearts. The volume was perfect for an event where people wanted to both dance and talk easily without screaming. You ROCKED IT Jason. Fantastic job!!

My husband and I booked Jay and his team at AGES Events for our wedding at the Long Island Aquarium in June and were absolutely thrilled with their services. We first met Jay at a bridal showcase at the Aquarium and after having seen another DJ's demo earlier that evening that we were not impressed with, meeting Jay was such a relief. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process, right away he gave us his cell phone number to get in touch with him and we set up a meeting at a local coffee shop to discuss the contract which made everything feel much more relaxed and easygoing - wedding planning is stressful enough so everything Jay did to make it easier on us was much appreciated!

A few days prior to our event Jay called us to review all of our song selections and run through how the event would flow, from the ceremony to what time our MOH and BM would give their speeches and when we would do father/daughter and mother/son dances. I requested a specific song for our entrance into the reception, a song my husband and I wrote when we played in a band together, and Jay had no issues working that into the event and making sure that the file played properly for our big moment. No detail was overlooked and he made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. All night long our guests were on the dance floor having an absolute blast! Our MC Terrence was also amazing and he really took the time to get to know us throughout the evening. We also booked the open photobooth, which was a huge hit with all of our guests, and my husband and I had so much fun looking through all of the photos in the online gallery a few days later.

Jay from AGES Events was AMAZING! I saw him at the showcase at my venue months before my wedding and knew I had to book him right away. I was so glad I did! He not only listened to every request I made, but when he saw my husband and I were being introduced to The Imperial March from Star Wars, he asked if we were walking out with light sabers. I said that we hadn’t thought of that, but my husband only had one! He immediately said “Well, I’ll bring mine then!” So he did! How many DJ’s would bring their personal light saber to let a bride and groom use for their wedding!?! I can’t recommend him enough.

My wife and I used Ages Events for our recent wedding and we are so glad with our decision to book with Jason. I have never danced as much in my entire life! The dance floor was packed all night. Our guests had to be told to sit down for dinner several times, no one wanted to stop dancing! The set up was so elegant looking. We got married outside and Ages even pumped the ceremony and cocktail music outside for us. Jason was so easy to work with throughout the wedding planning which is such a stressful time. He made us feel so relaxed and confident in our decision to book with Ages. His party planner website was so easy for us to use. My husband and I booked with Jay at Ages Events for our wedding last week and it was the best day ever. The dance floor was packed all night. People were commenting at the wedding but are also still commenting now, almost two weeks later, about how the music was absolutely amazing. Jay was super easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable at our initial appointment and then again at the final appointment the week before the wedding. He gave us a wedding planning tool for us to put in the bridal party information along with any song requests. The DJ and MC were very personable and professional. Ages Events definitely is the company to book for your big day!!!!!!!

My fiancé and I used Jay for our engagement party at the Long Island Aquarium and we could not have been happier. All of our guests had an amazing time and had so many great things to say about the music and entertainment. He took note of all of our requests and we were blown away by the outcome. He also brought an open photo booth that was the highlight of the party. Our guests had so much fun with all of the props and we loved reviewing all of the photos after the party was over. The lighting made the aquarium come alive at night and made all of the difference. I cannot say enough good things about this company and definitely recommend using them for any wedding or party!

If you’re looking for a DJ/entertainment and lighting company, get in touch with Jason and relax. We first met Jason at a bridal expo that happened to be at our venue, Atlantis Banquets and Events. Seeing as I spent a good part of my life in the DJ industry, I felt like I had the upper hand in knowing what we wanted and how it should go. Little did I know that Jason and his team take things to the next level. His equipment is state of the art and looks brand new which speaks volumes about his attention to detail. (A must for me) No scratches on speakers and we ended up using their “surround sound” package which sounded perfect. Small, powerful speakers on each side of the dance floor. No wires!!! Their attention to detail with their uplighting was noticed and the entire aquarium was lit up, wireless again. Jason was able to meet with us a couple times. Both times it was our call on when and where and he made it happen without rescheduling. We had a handful of must plays and a ton of “play if possibles” which he happened to work into his mix flawlessly. Not one guest requested a song on the night of our wedding which speaks for itself. One of the MC’s, Terrence, really impressed me personally not only because his voice on the microphone is perfect, but because I learned a lot about him as a person very quickly. As impeccable timing would have it, I came down with a stomach virus during pictures at another location and on the party bus ride out to the venue. As I was walking around the venue during cocktail hour Terrence stopped me and asked if he could go and get me something so I’d feel better. This was the first sentence I heard out of this “strangers” mouth. Needless to say, I was impressed and taken back by how much they cared about our night going perfectly. It was something I’ll always remember and speaks volumes about the type of people that are working with Ages Events. They care, they’re professional. Our friends already booked them after seeing them work.

Best DJ, hands down!! We booked Jay for our 11/12/16 wedding after seeing him perform at another friend's wedding and dancing our a$%@ off all night long! We knew that day that when we got married, we wanted him and he was one of the very first vendors we booked!

We booked DJ, MC and photo booth services with Ages Events and could not be happier with the service. Jay is friendly, professional, knowledgeable in his music selection and so attentive to every detail. We found Jay's rates to be affordable and loved using his online portal to select music and to make payments. It made paying off this expense so much easier by being able to make payments that were comfortable for us along the way instead of having to dish out a huge sum of money all at one time. The day off we again danced our butts off and had the best time! All of our guests loved the photo booth the attendant was a sweetheart :)
