Not only they convert your venue to a beautiful and breath-taking place, they also make your day a stress-free and fun experience. Their planners are all so friendly and helpful. The event planner who was with me on the day of my wedding, Elika is a sweetheart, she was so helpful and kind that I couldn't ask for anything more. I just enjoyed my time with my friends getting ready in my room and not to worry about anything.
Payman, the event designer is a true talent. He is so professional yet friendly and kind that we clicked right away on our first meeting . He talked to me and my fiance and asked us some questions and and in an half an hour he knew exactly what we wanted and he created just what I have always imagined for my wedding. It felt like he knew our style and taste that whatever he suggested was exactly what we liked. He just made it happen so easy for us.

Client Beware

I hired Payman's services based on a recommendation, but my experience was far from positive. Despite a full-service contract, I found myself doing most of the heavy lifting. He was slow to respond to emails, often taking days or even weeks. When it came to venue selection, he suggested only a few high-end options that were out of our budget.

Payman's communication style was also frustrating. He often mumbled and spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand him. He was disorganized and failed to provide a clear timeline or checklist to guide us through the process.

Perhaps most concerning was his lack of value-oriented approach. He seemed fixated on using the same high-end vendors, regardless of our budget or preferences. After speaking with other clients, I learned that his assistants were the real driving force behind his business. Unfortunately, his assistant Lauren, the only positive aspect of our experience, resigned.

Due to the constant stress and anxiety caused by working with Payman, we decided to terminate our contract approximately 10 months before our wedding. Despite paying a $6,000 deposit for virtually no services, he refused to refund any of it. He claimed to have lost business due to our decision, but I later discovered that he had booked two events on the same day.

I strongly advise against hiring Payman's services. His ineffectiveness, poor communication, and lack of professionalism made our wedding planning experience a nightmare. Terminating his services was the best decision we made. Potential clients should be wary of the overwhelmingly positive reviews on his profile for mostly Bar Mitzvahs and conduct thorough research before making a decision for their wedding
