If he makes something and you don't love it, he is happy to tweak it until you do. My engagement setting was too thin, and for no additional charge, he made me a thicker, sturdier setting. Because he makes everything himself, you can bring him pictures of what you want, and he will create it. Also, his prices are more reasonable than any other place I have been to because there is no middle man.
