I have only good things to say about Adam! He is everything we wanted in a photographer for our wedding; very talented, flexible and accommodating, professional, a great personality that was easy to work with and made taking photos so much fun...I could go on and on! He made everyone feel so at ease while taking photos; he has a knack for getting people to laugh and feel comfortable around him, which helps him capture all the personalities of the people in the photos. He was such a nice presence to have on our wedding day, and went beyond the duties of just a photographer. He helped keep track of time so we didn't have to worry about it, and even saved our wedding cake from a 3-year-old almost grabbing it! (We found out about that after the wedding, thank you Adam!) My husband and I agree (along with both of our parents) that he was the perfect fit and was by far our favorite wedding vendor that we picked!! We highly recommend him to anyone!

Adam is by far the absolute best. We got along right away, he's very easy going and light hearted. We had a great time doing our engagement pictures and getting to know him. He's very creative - he will see an amazing shot when no one else can. We just received our wedding photos and they are incredible. He really captured our day and the mood along with it. He is extremely talented and is definitely a photo journalist, telling a story with every wedding he does. He will do the posed pictures if they're important to you, but definitely let him do his own thing. He'll capture moments in a beautiful way. We will cherish our pictures for years to come.

Adam is an amazing photographer, and we are so glad we chose to use his services for our wedding day! During the entire process, Adam worked hard to accommodate our needs and kept the entire process stress-free. Our photos turned out gorgeous, and our proofs were ready within two weeks of our wedding. I never expected to see them so quickly! It's only a month after our wedding, and I've already seen proofs, ordered photo prints, and received them. Adam's services are expensive, but it was so worth it for us, especially since the wedding photos were one of the aspects of our wedding that we were not willing to compromise. As a part of our package, we also received engagement photos, and those also turned out phenomenal. Our proofs for those were received within a week, Adam went out of his way to accommodate our location, and our session was the most fun I've ever had having my picture taken. In Michigan, I wouldn't recommend any other photographer!

Adam and Brad were fantastic! I was blown away by how flexible they were through the events of our wedding day. By the end of the day we were all friends and I can't wait to see the pictures because I know they will be amazing. Adam is so creative and fun. I highly reccommend him!!

Adam was one of our favorite vendors. We actually picked our date based off his schedule and I am so happy we did. Both he and his assistant photographer kept us laughing and made the family photos painless! The value is not a sacrifice for quality either. He did great work and I love our engagement and wedding photos. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Adam for our wedding photography. Adam was a pleasant and calming influence on my wedding day. There were times were photo's taken that I didn't even know he was around for because he was so quick, quiet, and professional. He also seemed to be keenly aware of when to make himself known and offer a little direction.

He was patient and kept us laughing in freezing cold Michigan weather, and Adam was very flexible and open to changing needs.

Adam was one of the best vendors my husband and I worked with. He is so commited to what he does that it shows in the way he communicates with you and the pictures he takes. I am very shy taking pictures but my husband is more outgoing than I am, but Adam knew how to get me out of my shell. He was reasonably priced and I enjoyed every moment we spent taking pictures. And can I say that when he takes pictures, boy! does he take pictures. Adam goes the extra mile by taking every detail that leads to sort of a story when you look back at your pictures. It was a pleasure working with him and his assistant. Best investment, hands down!!

We absolutely LOVED Adam Sparkes. Adam was so great throughout the entire wedding planning process, during the engagement session, during the wedding itself, and afterward. He made us feel so comfortable around the camera, and our wedding party and other guests really enjoyed him. He also worked really well with the little kids in the wedding party and got some beautiful shots. He is so easy to work with that it's almost like he and Andrew were family friends by the end of the night. Even my mother, who is a hard woman to please, enjoyed Adam's professional yet flexible demeanor.

One thing I particularly like about Adam is that he is a talented photojournalist who understands that wedding photography is about what YOU need as the client. I have found that some photojournalists take the art of wedding photography so seriously that they don't really pay attention to your needs. Some photojournalists won't take posed photos at all, others don't want ANY input as far as angle, lighting, etc. I have nothing against photojournalists that work this way, but that kind of attitude and goals just did not coincide with ours. With Adam, we felt he understood how much our wedding meant to us and that he wanted the entire wedding photography experience to be a happy, memorable, and personalized one.

Adam works well with what YOU want, taking as much or as little input as you want to give. For example, we wanted most of our photos to not be "posed photos", but knew we needed to at least have some posed photos for our album and our parents. Some photojournalists put a limit on the number of posed photos - with Adam, it's no problem.

On the flip side, Adam took some GREAT candid, photojournalistic shots that I absolutely adore. For example, my father is usually a person who smiles all the time in public. Adam actually caught a few shots of my father before I walked down the aisle, where my father was sitting in the limo very deep in thought, with my mother watching him carefully. These, along with many others, were priceless images that I would not have otherwise caught myself.

We could go on and on about Adam, but the bottom line is that he was our favorite of ALL of our wedding vendors.
