Act Five Events

Rachel at Act 5 Events is not afraid to think outside the box! She recently planned a Gala Fundraising event for my non-profit organization. She was extremely creative with her ideas as well as execution all while keeping within our budget. She was flexible and very easy to communicate with leading up to the event and prepped and ready for anything and everything on the event day. She expertly and seamlessly coordinated performers, vendors and other key players for the event. I would highly recommend her services.

Rachel planned a party for me at my house and every step of the way was simple, well-thought out, and full of helpful conversations about what I wanted. Rachel was extremely attentive to every detail of making my vision happen on a tight budget. What I truly loved most was her enthusiasm in wanting to make my vision a reality— she truly wanted this party to be the best it could be and fit exactly what I wanted without breaking the bank. This is where her creativity really shined. The day of, thanks to her, everything went off without a hitch and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Rachel is an amazing event coordinator, and as someone who went to the launch party of Act Five Events, it was an overall blast to be at! She's amazing at balancing being personable and professional, and she's able to get everyone's attention if needed. The launch party was an amazing time to be at, and I only knew a few people there, I left that night knowing a LOT more people than I did when I walked in. If you hire her she's going to make sure everyone has a good time, but she's also going to make sure it's memorable, too!
