Ditch the Hotel hallways for lakeside trails at our unique Wedding Venues located strategically close to Springfield, IL as well as St. Louis, MO. We offer two uniquely elegant outdoor full service properties. Established in 1972 our Camp Bunn property located on 640 acres with it's own 100 acre privatre lake 30 minutes outside of Springfield, IL, boasts multiple indoor and outdoor spaces including onsite housing for guests. This site offers a unique outdoor chapel overlooking Lake Freesen, a full service kitchen and outdoor dinning pavilion, multipurpose climate controlled buildings, on site newly constructed lodging via two unique cabins that sleep up to 12 each, endless hiking trails and so much more.

Established in 1939 along Lake Springfield, Camp Illinek is an 80-acre facility operated by the Abraham Lincoln Council. The camp serves as a year-round hub for Scouting America, hosting Cub Scout & Boy Scout programs, leadership training, and serving as home to the Illinek Lodge #132. Facilities include the Sailing Center, Booth Lodge, two modern shower houses, and a lakeside Fire Bowl for a wide range of uses. Activities feature on-site apiary education, water sports, and orienteering, with overnight lodging options ranging from the Crew Quarters within the Sailing Center to climate-controlled Campmaster duplex units and even a number of campsites across the property.

The premier facility on the grounds is the newly renovated Booth Lodge. Originally constructed in 1974, it recently completed a major modernization to comfortably host everything from large Scout gatherings to public and private weddings. In additon to the main room the building also boasts a full service kitchen, tables/chairs, offices, restrooms as well as shower facilities within the building.
