Stefanie was amazing to work with. I first met her at a local Bridal Expo and loved her personality and told my now husband that I would prefer to book with her instead of trying to plan the honeymoon ourselves. We have never used a travel agency before and we are SO glad we did. She made the process quick and easy. She guided us through our many questions and found the most beautiful resort to stay at in Akumal, Mexico. She stayed in contact with any updates from our flight to Covid-19 restrictions. Our trip would have never been as special if it wasn’t for her. We have already been talking about anniversary trips for the future! Stefanie was amazing. She had to deal with THREE date changes due to COVID, destination site closures, and work restrictions preventing us from leaving the country. We had originally planned on an all-inclusive in Jamaica, but Stefanie was able to coordinate last second changes to give us an amazing week off in Miami since we couldn’t leave the states due to work. The resort she booked for us was amazing. The coordination of times for the flights, arrivals at Miami, and departures all worked perfectly. She thinks about all of the little things that most travelers wouldn’t normally think of when planning/scheduling everything. On top of everything she was also able to get us a full CASH refund for the difference in cost since we were staying at a less expensive/closer/non-all-inclusive resort. I was just expecting a voucher for future travel from Delta Vacations but she made sure it was the exact dollar amount in cash we were refunded. We utilized Stefanie to plan our honeymoon. She was very patient with us in the initial stages when we had no clue about where we were going or what we wanted and was honest with us when it came to narrowing things down. Tahiti seemed completely out of reach, but she made it attainable and customized our trip to both of our interests. We started in Moorea, then went to Bora Bora (where she managed to get us an overwater bungalow for our stay there!) and finished up with two nights in Tahiti. Her communcation was flawless and we knew exactly what to expect wherever we went. We had absolutely no issues anywhere we went; all check ins, flights and excursions went completely smoothly. All of the resorts we stayed in were fantastic. We had an amazing, amazing time and are so glad we were able to experience such an incredible place! We'll definitely be using Stefanie and AAV Travel from here on out!
