Mexico Honeymoon

Stefanie was amazing to work with. I first met her at a local Bridal Expo and loved her personality and told my now husband that I would prefer to book with her instead of trying to plan the honeymoon ourselves. We have never used a travel agency before and we are SO glad we did. She made the process quick and easy. She guided us through our many questions and found the most beautiful resort to stay at in Akumal, Mexico. She stayed in contact with any updates from our flight to Covid-19 restrictions. Our trip would have never been as special if it wasn’t for her. We have already been talking about anniversary trips for the future! Thank you again Stefanie for a memorial trip we will be talking about for the rest of our lives!

COVID Honeymoon Trip

Stefanie was amazing. She had to deal with THREE date changes due to COVID, destination site closures, and work restrictions preventing us from leaving the country. We had originally planned on an all-inclusive in Jamaica, but Stefanie was able to coordinate last second changes to give us an amazing week off in Miami since we couldn’t leave the states due to work. The resort she booked for us was amazing. The coordination of times for the flights, arrivals at Miami, and departures all worked perfectly. She thinks about all of the little things that most travelers wouldn’t normally think of when planning/scheduling everything. On top of everything she was also able to get us a full CASH refund for the difference in cost since we were staying at a less expensive/closer/non-all-inclusive resort. I was just expecting a voucher for future travel from Delta Vacations but she made sure it was the exact dollar amount in cash we were refunded. That alone would’ve been a major headache to deal with and she took care of everything for us. I would strongly recommend using Stefanie and AAV Travel! - Patrick

We utilized Stefanie to plan our honeymoon. She was very patient with us in the initial stages when we had no clue about where we were going or what we wanted and was honest with us when it came to narrowing things down. Tahiti seemed completely out of reach, but she made it attainable and customized our trip to both of our interests. We started in Moorea, then went to Bora Bora (where she managed to get us an overwater bungalow for our stay there!) and finished up with two nights in Tahiti. Her communcation was flawless and we knew exactly what to expect wherever we went. We had absolutely no issues anywhere we went; all check ins, flights and excursions went completely smoothly. All of the resorts we stayed in were fantastic. We had an amazing, amazing time and are so glad we were able to experience such an incredible place! We'll definitely be using Stefanie and AAV Travel from here on out!

Stefanie was more than helpful with lining up our honeymoon and first trip out of the country. She is very helpful with any questions you may have and has great recommendations to help you decide if you haven't yet. We were almost stuck in Jamaica due to layovers and she responded to my email very promptly and was so helpful on helping us figure out how to reschedule our connection flight we were going to miss. In short we will return in the future and highly recommend her services!

Stefanie is a fantastic travel agent. We met her at a bridal expo and we sure are glad we did. She took care of everything and made it worry free for us. She knows the Caribbean very well and can recommend the best places to stay. The resort we stayed at was top notch. She is very responsive. We would recommend her over and over again.

We loved working with Stefanie. She helped us find a resort that fit our desires as well as fitting our budget. We traveled to the Dominican Republic for the first time and never felt unsafe. Her directions to our transportation at the airport were wonderful, we definitely felt the most prepared for logistics. We can't wait to work with Stefanie again!

Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming and there are countless decisions to be made. The decision to use Stefanie Pichonnat at AAV Travel should not be one of the decisions you debate! My husband and I had planned our previous Caribbean vacations on our own and I was pretty confident I could plan our honeymoon as well. Who knows what we would like in our honeymoon better than we do, right!? A good friend recommended reaching out to Stefanie for advice and it was nearly one of the best decisions we EVER made! We sat down with her and discussed our ideas and preferences and she made them a reality!
I hold back tears as I type this, as I am overwhelmed with memories from this once in a lifetime, most PERFECT honeymoon we could have ever imagined! Stefanie's first hand knowledge and recommendations for our trip were what enabled us to experience a trip which could not have planned ourselves. She made travel dreams of ours come true with our honeymoon to St. Lucia! We never imagined the two of us being able to take a trip like this and her expertise proved us wrong! We will consult with her when planning any trips in the future and I would recommend her services to anyone!

Stefanie was great to work with. When we met with her we had no idea where we wanted to go. Through our requests, Stefanie picked the perfect spot for our honeymoon! She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to contact. The travel documents she provided were very helpful. We would definitely recommend AAV Romance for your traveling/honeymoon needs!

Our honeymoon was fantastic. Stefanie guided us towards selecting St. Lucia and I'm glad she did. The view from our room was spectacular and she was very quick in responding to our emails and questions prior to our trip.

Stefanie w/ AAV Travel was excellent! She provided us w/ so much guidance and "prep work" before our trip, sent us real life photos of the resort that we were traveling to so we could see actual real photos; she did a lot of work to make sure our check-in was a breeze and our entire stay perfect!

Stefanie did an amazing job helping us plan our honeymoon in Italy. We had actually tried another travel agency first and they were very unresponsive and wanted us to do our entire honeymoon with a large group. Stefanie listened to what we were interested in doing and planned a custom made honeymoon that provided us with the tours we wanted to go on and the time for us to just wander the city and did as we pleased. She even arranged all of the transportation such as a vehicle to pick us up from the airport so we had nothing to worry about when we got there. She was very knowledgeable about the locations we wanted to go to and worked within our budget as well. I have zero complaints about working with this company!

Stephanie from All About Honeymoons was fabulous! She have us great ideas and recommendations that made our honeymoon unforgettable in every aspect. Because she had stayed at the resort we decided on she helped us in picking the best room we could not have even imagined. All About Honeymoons was amazing to us. Stephanie personally met with us on more than one occasion to go over numerous options for our honeymoon. She was very mindful of what we wanted in a destination and resort and also our budget. She found the perfect match for both and ended up doing it over $1,000 under budget. Not only that, but she wrote a personal letter regarding specific activities and sights to see and tips for the vacation from everything on what kind of shoes to bring for certain types of activities to what to do for finances (whether to bring cash, what types of bills, to use credit cards, etc). Further, she provided us with detailed travel information to make the easy transition through customs and our flights. We will be returning to Stephanie for ALL of our travel needs. Our experience was amazing and it was in no small part to her finding us the perfect honeymoon location to making the travel and easy and efficient as possible.

Stefanie Pichonnat from Terre Haute Indiana was absolutley wonderful to work with! She referred us to an amazing resort that I was extremely happy with! Stefanie made everything run very smoothly from our first meeting with her until we arrived back home! The airport check-in was fast and easy, shuttles went smoothly and the resort was everything she said it would be! I would recommend anyone to work with All About Honeymoons and Stefanie Pichonnat. They do all the work and you get to have all the fun!! They will make your traveling experience fun and EASY!! My wedding and honeymoon wouldn't have been half as great and memorable if it wasn't for Stefanie and all the hard work she did for us!

Stefanie Pichonnat at All About Honeymoons was extremely helpful in choosing our honeymoon destination! She had been to all of the resorts that we were looking at in Cancun, therefore could help us select which resort was best for us!!!! We had the best time of our lives!! All About Honeymoons & Destination Weddings is a great place to go thru when planning your honeymoon. They are very helpful and do all the planning for you. They take what you have to say about what you want and where you want and try and find the perfect place for you for your honeymoon. They do a fantastic job and I would refer anyone to them!!! They are a great company and I would use them again. We were very pleased with the way we were treated and how quickly we got answers, you could go to them with any of your travel questions and you would have an answer that day! It is definetly the best travel company I have ever worked with!!!

My husband and I had our wedding and honeymoon in Italy. We used Stefanie as our travel agent.
Stefanie was simply the best. She made herself available at all times and notified us well in advance if she would be unavailable at any time. I always had the feeling that she was doing her absolute best to help create our perfect Wedding and Honeymoon.
As we were unable to see anything we were booking in advance (not being from Italy), we put our complete trust in Stefanie and we were not only thrilled, but overwhelmed at what a wonderful vacation we had. It was absolutely perfect!
Stefanie provided us with all documents that we would need ahead of time, thus insuring that everything would be seamless on our trip, and it was!
For our actual ceremony, Stefanie put us in contact with a wedding planner, who was basically the Italian version of Stef (wonderful!) and we were able to work out all of the details before we even flew over.
It must be said that we had to plan this entire wedding/honeymoon through email with Stefanie and the Wedding Planner, both of whom we had never actually met. Some of our friends found that to be a bit weird and were nervous for us, but I can honestly say, that I never once doubted Stefanie or anyone she put us into contact with. She was very professional in handling all of our financial transactions, bookings, etc.
All in all, we were looking to create a unique Wedding/Honeymoon for us and we were so lucky to find Stefanie because she gave us exactly that. I look forward to working with her again on future trips!

We met with Stefanie to make plans for our honeymoon and she asked lots of various questions to determine what our priorities were and exactly what we were wanting for our vacation. We picked Jamaica and stayed at Sandals Dunn's River. It was an amazing honeymoon...better than anything we could have imagined! Our room, the food, drinks, excursions--it was all great!

Stefanie quickly got us the information we requested and listened to all of our wants and needs. She found us the perfect honeymoon at a reasonable price. Her personal experience in visiting many of the locations we were considering put my mind at ease- so much better than taking a bet on a website photo representation!She set up us with all the trip info we needed and located nearby golf courses for my husband. It was such a stress-free process in a very stressful time in our lives!
Our honeymoon exceded all of our expectations.

Stefanie was absolutely fabulous. We gave her a budget and she gave us a destination wedding/honeymoon to Hawaii that was well above and beyond our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be than the place she provided to us. It was terrific! If we plan another trip in the future she will definitely be the travel agent we will contact. Stefanie was great to work with! She helped my husband and me plan and book our honeymoon. She was full of good ideas and helpful information. When we first started the planning process, Stefanie helped us determine what we both wanted to experience on our honeymoon. Initially, we thought that we wanted to go to Mexico, and Stefanie showed us several beautiful resorts in Mexico. She also gave us some information about a great deal for a resort in Jamaica. We were so happy that she gave us this information, and we ended up booking our honeymoon in Jamaica. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend Stefanie and her services to everyone!

Stefanie is a wonderful travel agent! She helped guide me for approximately a year while planning a wedding in the Dominican Republic. I truly don't think I would have made it a successful trip without her, her insight and knowledge. I will definitely be calling her for all travel plans in the future! She took the stress away from me trying to plan and getting overwhelmed and really made it a seamless, simple, stress free process. Great help in deciding where we should go. She had experience at the specific resort we were interested in which always helps. Great info sent to us prior to trip to help make it a little easier for us with a wedding on top of everything. Definitely suggest you trust her for your next trip!

Stefanie was so helpful, easy to contact and did a wonderful job personalizing our dream honeymoon. She found us great hotels and gave us little tips on the area to help us enjoy ourselves more, all within our budget. She made our lives so much easier by organizing all the transportation (especially when we had to change dates!) and made it so all we had to do was relax and have fun.

I believe this travel agent didn't list to my requests. Wasn't as thorough as she could have been about finding out what we wanted for our vacation. Also the pricing we received was much higher than anticipated and when I asked Stephanie about it, she claimed it was because we gave her too short of a time to plan and because it was over New Years. Only the first 2 days were part of New Years and after checking, the prices dropped significantly after that. Something doesn't seem right with the pricing.
