I wish I could give this venue, as well as Nuria and Cynthia more than 5 stars. I hosted a welcome dinner for 90 guests the night before my son’s wedding. I specifically selected the AACA Museum over a ballroom or a restaurant, because I wanted our guest to mix and mingle and get to know each other since they would all be spending the weekend together. I could not have selected a better venue or asked for a better team to work with. I flew to PA more than a year ago and met with Nuria who walked me around the Museum and told me all the options I could utilize for my event. She gave me such confidence regarding how special my event could be and even more confidence that she would be a great partner in this event. Throughout the year of planning she was so helpful, responsive and creative in helping me design this event. Cynthia was introduced much closer to the date of the event and immediately jumped right in and was a fantastic resource for all the final details and especially on the night of the event. She made sure every last detail was taken care of, kept the event moving on schedule and anticipated where I might have needed her and was right there for me. The entire team in the museum were charming, professional and available.Sent on 06/01/2017
In terms of a venue for an event, it was SPECTACULAR! My guests, previously strangers to each other, mingled and interacted throughout the evening, and the displays gave strangers easy icebreaking conversations,. By the end of the evening we had 90 people who were now all best friends, bonding over conversations related to the displays and cars that they remember their parents or grandparents driving.
The only “problem” was that my guests did not want to leave at the end of the evening. The caterer was cleaning up, the food being packed up and the bars shut down, music turned off, and all I heard was “Hey…good to meet you…did you see that DeSoto over there….”

Marissa was amazing. She did so much and more. I didn't need a wedding planner because she was everything. If I had a question she was right on it. She had things set up before I even knew I needed them! I want to have a wedding again just to work with her. Lol. I highly recommend the AACA Museum! Marissa was like working with the dream team. I know she had a few other people helping her but she was on her game before the wedding, during and even after the wedding. The venue is so fun and special but she made it amazing!Sent on 08/10/2018
AACA Museum's reply:
As a story teller, I love being in environments where story is so evident. This museum with its picturesque historical displays is perfect for a unique wedding ceremony. The site is good for both table and chair seating as well as theater style seating. And being able to bring your own caterer is a plus.
The Antique Auto Museum at Hershey is a beautiful location. Your guests will have a memorable experience visiting the Museum and then a wonderful reception whether you choose the Rotunda or the downstairs room. The catering staff always provide amazing dinners. As a vendor, I always enjoy working here as they have a very organized and safe way for entertainers to bring our equipment in and out of the building.
I always love working with the Antique Auto Museum at Hershey because of the unique space that they have available to them to create memories and lifelong impressions for any event. This would mean nothing if not for the incredible staff that provides the energy, drive and passion to bring these possibilities to life. The creativity that the Antique Auto Club brings to both private and internal events is something that is sorely needed in the local wedding community, and the staff at AACA is helping to inject a dose of that type of energy with events like their annual wedding show and Auto & Ales events.
