We just booked our honeymoon with Lisa. She is in the Greensboro office and did a great job of showing us different options and then we were able to narrow down the best choice for us. Having never hired a travel agent previously we went through Chuck for our honeymoon. After figuring out where we wanted to go he made the planning seamless and easy on our end. Everything was sent us prior to the wedding and everything was booked as we expected! :)

Chuck Joyce booked our honeymoon at Excellence Playa Mujeres. He was able to give us a better price than anywhere else, and the entire booking process was really easy. I would highly recommend this travel agency!

A Way To Go Travel was soooo much help! We walked in there with a budget, not sure where to go for our honeymoon. Lisa gave us our options and showed us several resorts that she recommended. We ended up choosing a all inclusive resort El dorado seaside suites in Riveria maya, MX and let me tell you it was AMAZING! Its definitely the way to go. We ended up getting the top floor with beautiful views thanks to Lisa!! The people there were super nice and treated us like a King and Queen. We will definitely be back and will recommend Way to go travel to our family and friends!!

A Way to Go Travel was such a huge help! We were unsure exactly where we wanted to go on our honeymoon and Chuck with A Way To Go narrowed down the choices based on our likes, dislikes, and budget. We ended up going to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and my husband and I LOVED the resort! We never would have found it if not for A Way to Go. We will definitely use their services for future trips because it just makes the entire planning process so much simpler.

Run away as fast as you can. Horrible company, horrible service, a monkey could book your vacation better. This company specifically Lisa ruined my birthday trip with friends. Everything Lisa booked she did incorrectly and I got to spend the entire first day of my trip fixing all the issues she caused for all my guests. She scheduled airport pickups from the wrong airports leaving my parts of my group stranded at the airport with no ride, she booked multiple people in the wrong rooms, she booked everyone in the group in preferred club expect me (the birthday girl) so I then had to pay an additional $600 fee at the resort to be able to hang out with my guests. She took zero responsibility for her mistakes and left fixing it all to me. The mistakes were so absurd and the trip was so terribly booked that it became all anyone talked about the whole trip, how much they hated Lisa. What a lovely way to celebrate my birthday. After the trip I tried to work with her to help make it right as the hotel said my travel agent who did the incorrect bookings would be able to get me a refund for the extra charges. And apparently Lisa was unable to speak to anyone at the hotel for 3 months, she suddenly didn’t have a contact at the hotel, mind you the hotel she booked our entire trip with previously. So after dealing with her bullshit for now 3+ months after my trip I have wasted loads of my time. Was hoping to not have to write this but here we are. I had one friend in the group who booked on their own and had zero issues and ended up with the cheapest rate of our whole group. Do not use this company you will regret it. Our booking was for a secrets resort as well, which Lisa told me was who they specialize in working with.
