The Trace Events team was an absolute joy to work with, and made our wedding 100% worry-free. We are SO GRATEFUL for Brittany's support in our month of / day of coordination. She is kind, professional, and a true wedding expert. Brittany met with us multiple times online and in person over a 2+ year engagement and over multiple date changes. She immediately made us feel at ease and like there was nothing that could go wrong. She is empathetic and professional, making sure everything goes well from behind the scenes. I was so grateful for her coordination of all of our vendors and contracts, creation of a minute by minute timeline, and patience in answering all of our questions (and all of our family's questions!). She made sense of every detail and my husband and I were in awe of how much she supported us. She was always accessible and happy to work with us - no question was too big. This team truly goes above and beyond, and I cannot recommend them more wholeheartedly.

Tracy and her team made our wedding better than we could have ever imagined. Working with Tracy is the hands down, number one, best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process. The moment I met her and Brittany, we instantly clicked! We worked together for almost two years while planning my wedding, and I now consider them friends. Tracy kept me on track through everything. She was on top of every single detail and made all of my dreams come true. She and her team allowed myself, my husband, and our families to enjoy the engagement and the wedding day without stress. We had a major COVID related change happen with our venue and Tracy went above and beyond to get us through the transition. She reached out to countless back up venues on short notice to give me all my options. I trusted her vision implicitly. We were immediately on the same page and I was able to let her run with many aspects of the wedding, knowing she would absolutely communicate my desires to all of the vendors. Tracy managed an insane amount of contracts for me. She did research of many options before we settled on each vendor. I always valued her opinion on who would be the best person to work with. The day of was like a well oiled machine because of her incredible planning. She was so much more than a wedding planner. She was my hype girl, my rock, and an empathetic listener through everything. I wish I could work with Tracy again and again and again. The wedding day was beyond perfect, all because of Tracy and her team. I could never thank them enough.

After the whirlwind of our wedding I am finally getting around to the opportunity to give this amazing team the review they deserve! I booked with Brittany and Tracy pre-Covid! I was excited to have them apart of the planning and they made everything begin so seamlessly. Our original wedding day was scheduled for June 6, 2020, and all us brides know how that went. During so many unknowns, replanning and contemplating, Brittany and Tracy were flexible, understanding and supportive in all the ways I could’ve asked for. We ended up postponing our wedding to May 29, 2021 where we had Trace Events for Month of/Day of coordination. I can SAFELY & HONESTLY say we got well more than our money’s worth. Our team for that time was Brittany and Sydney who put in so much work mentally and physically to make for a worry free day on our end. We literally did not worry about a single detail from the moment we woke up to the moment we went to sleep (they also pack away all the decor at the end of the night- and TRUST ME you’ll want/need that). I don’t know what I would’ve done without them (& surely would’ve forgotten many things!). Brittany, Sydney and Tracy are an incredible team who is genuinely so nice and compassionate, and wanting the absolute best for your day. I love you each & could not recommend this team more!!

My fiance and I live in Texas and were planning a wedding a wedding in Detroit. It was proving to be very stressful planning a wedding from a far, and we quickly realized we would need some help. We had a phone call with Tracy and Brittany and after talking to a couple others we just knew they were the team we needed! We had month of/day of coordination as well as partial planning. Tracy went above and beyond in what I felt she was "obligated" to do. She was always 2 steps ahead of us, and keeping us and our vendors on track. We postponed our wedding due to Covid and they worked around it no problem. I felt like I had known Tracy forever when we finally met on wedding day. I was able to relax and enjoy the day with friends knowing Tracy, Brittany and Sydney had it handled. We had our wedding & ceremony in 2 separate places (and 2 separate hotels) which always adds to more logistics with transportation, and Tracy was a huge help here. I was able to email or text with any question, concern or minor bride meltdown. Tracy was always understanding and solution forward. I would 1,000% recommend them to anyone in need of a wedding planner. I would've been a mess without them!

I cannot recommend Trace Events enough. We worked with Brittany, who was our Month Before/Day of Coordinator and it was easily the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Our venue provided an event coordinator and my husband was skeptical if we needed a Day of Coordinator because of this. After having to reschedule the event multiple times due to COVID, we contacted Trace Events about their services. For the entire month leading up to the wedding, my husband would comment at least once a day about how great of a decision it was to work with Brittany. She answered every question we had promptly, helped us figure out all of the details you never even think of, and did a wonderful job communicating with us and our vendors. We no longer live in the Detroit area and she put every concern I had about planning a wedding from across the county at ease. Our day was perfect and all of the details were executed exactly as we discussed. Besides being great at what they do event wise, Brittany is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She calmed me down, while still making sure everything was going according to plan. My only regret is not working with Trace Events sooner, they are absolutely wonderful!

I don’t even know where to start! I was hesitant in the very beginning of wedding planning on if getting a wedding planner/coordinator was worth it but after I had a meeting with Brittany and Tracy I knew I wanted to work with them! From the very beginning they helped us create our perfect wedding vision and make it a reality. They are extremely kind, great at communicating, and help make the wedding planning process as smooth and effortless as possible. Our entire wedding day was a dream. In the morning/afternoon of we were able to relax and be present with our friends and family. We were not stressed about anything because Trace Events took over and made sure everything was taken care of. After our wedding we had a lot of friends and family comment about how fun and beautiful it was, but we honestly couldn’t have planned or had the day run as smoothly as it did without them. It’s hard to sum up the words of how appreciative we are to have had the opportunity to work with Brittany and Tracy. I will 100% recommend them to anyone/everyone who is getting married. 🧡

We worked with the Trace Events team- Tracy and Brittany to help with our original wedding date of June 13 which was then moved to September 4. We could not say enough about how wonderful it was to work with the team. Our wedding day went EXACTLY as planned and there was no doubt that Trace Events made sure to put the final touches on the specific details that we included. From the detailed timeline to the things that we just didn't think of ourselves because we had so much going on- they made sure it was handled. We are now one of the few couples who can say that planning our wedding was a lot of fun and we loved working on it together. The main reason we’re able to say that is because of the phenomenal Trace Events team. Tracy is fabulous and working so closely with her was a dream.

In addition to all being lovely people, the Trace Events team are wonderful at their job and extremely professional. After just a couple of conversations Tracy took a very high-level wedding ambition from us, turned it into a stunning design, and then closely collaborated with all of the vendors to make sure everything aligned with this design. It was so nice being able to fully delegate such a significant activity and 100% trust in the final product.

Trace Events were incredible at doing all of the logistical heavy lifting and then presenting us with decision points when our input was needed, while also at making sure we always felt like we were in the loop. From our side it was such a good feeling knowing that all we had to do was ask the team something or mention a concern and we would know it would be handled. Tracy and her team always responded promptly to any feedback.

We loved every catch up we had with Tracy as you could always feel her passion for her profession. That was such a wonderful feeling at the end of a long day and helped keep us excited throughout the whole process.

It was so special to not have to worry about venue set-up, tear down, or any of the running logistics at any point during the buildup and the day itself because that meant we got to spend so much more time with our friends and families while fully trusting the Trace Events team to handle everything else.

Tracy and Brittany helped my husband and I put together my wedding in a record-breaking 4 weeks! Even though the wedding was last August - a very busy time for Tracy - she managed to put everything together in a very organized and detail-oriented fashion. Her recommendations were spot-on and she was always very prompt in getting back to me - you can imagine how hectic things were, being that we only had 4 weeks to do everything!
