Jackie was our wedding planner for our October 2024 wedding. My (now) husband and I just moved to Northern California, got engaged and had no idea where to start.

Thank God for Jackie. There are a million websites that tell you what you need to do and in what order; but they do not help you weed through bad contracts, shifty policies or even price gauging. Without Jackie, we would have overpaid, worked with an inconsistent videographer and not pushed back on pricing that didn’t make sense.

After she helped us secure all our vendors, she kept us on track with planning, timeline and needs. She kept my husband on task for tux fittings, vow writing and vendor payments. She kept me calm when my dress alterations took longer than expected. Jackie was a text or email away, always.

Finally, the day of would not have been stress free without her. It started with a hair and makeup artist having an emergency that precluded her from doing my wedding party. Jackie heard first, calmly explained what was happening, how we would maintain our schedule and when we would be refunded. Even down a person, we ran on schedule.

Jackie set up our tables, seating chart and reception perfectly. She fully executed everything we wanted, and filled in the blanks when we had no clue what to do. Without Jackie, I would have been so stressed.

I could not recommend Jackie more highly. She is a kind, organized and incredibly efficient planner. I am glad I had her on our day and the 14 month engagement.

We hired Jackie with her day-of coordination package, but she helped us with planning along the way. Her tips, planning organizer, and support got us through the planning process in one piece. The day of the wedding, she took care of EVERYTHING. I was a blissful bride - completely unaware of anything that might have gone wrong. Jackie went above and beyond. I can not recommend her enough to any couple who is planning their wedding, elopement, party or any type of celebration. Her communication is top notch and she is very detailed. I am a pretty organized person but then I saw all the work and documents that Jackie would send us and they were unreal. She is such a hard worker and listened to all of our needs and wants. She executed our vision and we truly couldn't have pulled off such a fun and lovely wedding day without her. Planning and replanning during a pandemic was not easy but Jackie made sure we were happy, helped us navigate the unknown together and in the end throw an amazing party! Jackie is wonderful! As a florist and vendor, I find her communication and approachability to be so refreshing! I’m sure you’ve seen those planners who look frazzled and on the brink of cracking, well not Jackie. She plays it so cool she looks like she’s a guest. But don’t be mistaken, she has 1000 things she’s juggling. Vendors to coordinate, appease, and keep on track. Guests to direct and make feel comfortable. And clients to calm, shepherd, and comfort. She is an excellent problem solver, extremely organized, wildly creative and has amazing attention to detail.
