DJ AJ was amazing. He made our 10 year Vow Renewal feel like it was our first time getting married. He made our experience smooth and worked with us from beginning to end. DJ AJ communicated with us on what we wanted via phone call and then sent us a detailed and organized document on what songs to play at what time, as well as what part of the song we wanted to be played.He mixed and played our playlist with the one we asked him to create and added some other songs that were request ed as well. He came on the dance floor to help get the party started. He also navigated dance moves to those who didn’t know them, it was an overall blast. I would highly recommend DJ AJ to anyone who needs a DJ for any event. I would absolutely hire him again for ANY event that I have. Thank you DJ AJ for making our 10 year Vow Renewal so special and memorable.

AJ was extremely professional and helped us to draft a song and music schedule for wedding reception. He helped us to stay on track and organized during the reception. AJ was also receptive and helpful in hosting two meetings prior to the reception to review songs, schedule, and music to be played during the event. AJ also provided helpful feedback on the schedule and music. We received great feedback from guests who said they LOVED the music selection that was played (mostly Latin/pop during the reception and Jazz during the cocktail hour). It was a small wedding (40-50 guests) but AJ managed to get everyone on the dance floor dancing everything from the Macarena to Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean! We highly recommend him for your future event!

DJ Oliver is the best.He is easy-going ,kind and flexible. It was a pleasure for us to work with him. We had fun.All our guests were so happy. He is not only a DJ ,he is also MC.Thanks again for such amazing wedding celebration.

Affordable and he came to do the task he was hired to do

DJ A-Positive was true to his name, as he created a wonderful atmosphere, with memorable experiences and moreover all within a positive family-friendly environment.

DJ AJ was really awesome! He was professional and communicated well with us up until our wedding day about details and was accommodating to our preferences and requests. He went above and beyond in his work and made every effort to make sure we were happy! There were a couple of technical difficulties (as can happen with a lot of weddings) but he made sure to address them immediately and make things right. We really enjoyed working with AJ!

Personality was great but scheduling was a problem. He had to cancel at the last minute for our rehearsal having to do it two days before late in the day. He repeatedly spoke about how busy his schedule was and canceled all the appointments to meet in person to review song selections prior to the wedding. when our wedding party was not available which caused some problems. The music we requested during our ceremony was the right songs but not correct versions, we requested instrumental versions and found out walking down the aisle that the wrong songs were playing. The song we chose to walk back down the aisle was the wrong songs completely and not the song we had requested. The timing for the groom's entrance was way off; they were still min a back room when he started playing the entrance song for them with no introduction. He also mixed up the timing of the parent dances and tried to start them at the wrong time, when he did start them he played introduced the mother/Groom dance and played the song for the Father/Daughter dance. He didn't notice until my son went and told him several times it was the wrong song, by the time he had corrected it my husband's mother was not able to dance any longer due to health issues, so they only got to dance for about two minutes. We had a specific list of music types we wanted to play, and he played none of them, I walked in from pictures to heavy metal playing which was not what we requested at all. None of the songs we asked for were played, and he spent most of the time on the dance floor after I sent my maid of honor to ask him to stop playing that and play something everyone could dance too. Overall, everyone eventually had fun and started dancing but it was very disappointing that we had a very empty dance floor for half of the reception.
