Our general overview of our services for a wedding receptions goes as follows:

• We are ~ 45 – 60 minutes prior to serving time to set-up food line.
• We provide the hot/cold chafer units and serving ware for the buffet style food line.
• Attendance will Setup, Maintain, and Clean-up Food line during serving time.
• Disposable Pans will be provided for leftovers, based on Final head Count and Guest Attending.
• For Leftovers, their need to be appropriate refrigeration to support the correct cool-down temperatures, for Food Safety

-Appetizers Provided

-Attendance for Table Service to clear and pick up unwanted items from table, starting from appetizers thru dessert service.

-Cake Cutting ,Plating of Self-Serve Station, and Cleaning Dessert Table

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $ 300.00

This deposit received confirms and hold the date agreed upon for hiring our catering service.

NOT PROVIDING: Food Line Tables & Linens for Food Line

OUR GENERAL RADIUS FOR CATERING SERVICE PROVIDED IS APPROXIMATELY 40-60 MILES. Or Less then an hour to drive to off-premise catering location/ venue. Delivery Charge will be additionnal.
