Our Executive Chef, Martin Mendoza has been preparing elegant cuisines for more than 20 years starting with The Wonderful World of Cooking. Martin and his staff can prepare for 10 or 2000 people and can compose each dish to enchant the taste buds of all who partake.
A La Carte Catering & Cakes' fresh baked pastries, cakes and desserts are the highlight to the perfect meal. Our pastry chef and cake designer, Judith Jenkins began crafting fine pastries, candies and cakes over 30 years ago. She began in 1978 as a Frosted Art Chef with Neiman- Marcus and remained there until 1998 when she began her career with A La Carte. Whatever you desire, detailed and elaborate or simple and elegant, Judith will delicately emulate your desire to exact specifications.

There was a lot of chaos on the day of my wedding, but the one thing I didn't have to worry about was the catering. A la Carte is very professional, double checks on details, and responds promptly and helpfully to any queries I had. The bite-size chicken parmesan was complimented by the heavenly, thick and sweet- marinara sauce. Her vegetarian dishes were great too.

A la Carte Catering was absolutely wonderful. They catered a Tea for us at Edward Jones for a Fashion and Finance seminar. Everyone loved the food and the teas, as well as the set-up all provided by A La Carte. We look forward to using them again for future seminars.Sent on 05/14/2012
