I cannot say enough wonderful things about ACPR. From the very start Veronica was a friendly face. She treated my wife and I to the most beautiful, delicious and thoughtful tasting.
We were sold from that moment and Veronica was the very first vendor we booked. We felt so seen as an LGBT couple who was navigating the wedding vendors to find someone who was authentic and wanted our business.

From hiring her and signing off paperwork, to the day of she was prepared and professional. You can't help but love her and want to give her a hug. She was like a mom to us throughout the process. It was so meaningful to have her at our wedding. She made us to go containers, because as you can imagine we hardly ate. What a lifesaver!

The food was something that was important to us as we are self proclaimed foodies. We got to have mini chicken and waffles, that were a dream! So many guests told us that this was the best wedding food they had eaten. There was enough at our buffet for seconds in some cases where guests were left craving more. Our leftovers were then coordinated to be donated from our buffet to a nearby shelter, which made us so happy to not have any go to waste.

Affordable, professional, delicious, we can't say enough about Veronica and her team of angels. Thank you for sharing our special day with us!

My wife and I were married on 3/5/16. We first met Veronica at a venue we were looking at and her and her team were catering the wedding there. We got her business card and the rest is history. We went to two of Veronica's tastings and we were both blown away both times. The food was DELICIOUS. We've been to quite a few weddings and I always find the food to be bland and boring. Not ACP2R (A Classy Party to Remember). Everything we tasted had so much flavor.
Veronica was very easy to work with and flexible. ACP2R was affordable and fit nicely into our budget. We had a buffet style dinner for our reception and we went with the chicken panko and chicken marsela for our main dish. Both were EXCELLENT and our guests were delighted that they could have servings of both. We also had a vegetarian option (eggplant) which also was very tasty (and I'm not a vegetarian).
Veronica also helped us with renting our linens for the event as well.
All in all, we were EXTREMELY pleased with ACP2R. Veronica and her team helped make our wedding day off the charts.

Everything about this vendor was amazing. From beginning to end Veronica made the whole process smooth and easy. On our wedding day they took care of everything and even went out to buy a few things that we forgot about the bar. We did not have to worry about the food or drinks because they took care of every small detail.

Veronica and her team are amazing!! Her prices were wonderful and the services and food were excellent!!! She was always so professional and nice and i know that we got such a great meal and full service staffing for the best value. she made sure everything good and we were so pleased!!!!

Veronica & her team made amazing food for our wedding! We wanted a specific cuisine type, which they pulled off beautifully. At the tasting we felt so taken care of. The food was delicious and the plating so refined. Her prices are practically unbeatable. For what you get in the package, we felt no detail was left to chance. They made & served the food, set the tables, served appetizers, provided beverages, cleared down after dinner, plated dessert, served champagne for the toast, the list goes on! There were a few emails we felt slipped through the cracks at times, but when we contacted her to follow up she usually got back to us right away. 100% recommend!

Veronica and the ACP2R team are such a joy to work with! A family-owned, personable business, they worked with us from start to finish and we couldn't have been happier. We were working with a pretty tight budget but Veronica laid out all our options and created a custom package that somehow included everything we wanted, including some last minute additions that we tacked on late in the game! On the day of our wedding, she and her whole staff were efficient and professional -- they even set aside covered plates for my husband and me at our sweetheart table so we would have our meal ready when we were done greeting guests. Everyone loved the food (chicken piccata, shrimp scampi, and eggplant parm with veggies and rice pilaf) and went back for seconds! I only wish I'd had more time to enjoy it!

Note: I've deducted one star from responsiveness since sometimes it took a couple phone calls or emails to get a response, but I understand that a small staff can have a lot going on and I might not be the top priority when they have ten weddings before mine! If you're a nervous bride and need constant contact (no judgment here, just saying!), you might feel stressed. But I think it's well-worth sticking with ACP2R anyway!

The tasting was delicious, the wedding dinner was okay. Service was quick and it was buffet style. They work around your budget wish is great. They set up the tables so beautifully with utensils, fold napkins and glass cups.
