Our range is very versatile, and we are equipped to provide service for events both small and large. (20 person minimum) With an extensive menu and the experience to ensure a quality delivery, A Catered Affair specializes in executing a wide variety of events. Whether you are planning a once-in-a-lifetime wedding event that deserves a menu as memorable as the day itself, an anniversary for a loved one, a business event, or reunion – we have the ability to make that day special.
Services for all catering include:
Setup and take down of the buffet line and drink station we provide.
All plating, utensils, napkins, and cups that are needed for the food and drink we provide.
Ice, ice bowl, and scoop for the beverage station.
White tablecloths for the buffet line and drink station.
Chafing dishes, serving utensils etc. needed for the buffet.
Drinks will be provided in plastic, clear, drink dispensers.
Staff to replenish the buffet line, drink station, and bus tables.
Free cake cutting.
One free taste testing with 2-3 entrees and 2-3 sides to taste test.
Of course, the food

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service, excellent food! I have used A Catered Affair for 5 different events - some small some large and each time the food was the hit of the party! Mark and Sarah are so professional and think of every detail. In March they catered a wedding for us - and due to covid it was very complicated - but they came up with innovative, creative ways to make sure everyone was safe - the guests are still calling me to get the name of the caterers! If you have an event - big or small - they will make sure it will be the one everyone remembers.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!
From the initial contact and tasting all the way to the big day, A Catered Affair made the process worry-free and delicious. The crew were easy to accomodate, worked with us on getting to venue (NOT a small feat in rural Missouri) and every one of almost 100 guests commented on the delicious food!

Great Catering Experience

Best food EVER!
ACA was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were really accommodating and flexible with their menu when we wanted to add a side that wasn't on their list--AND THEY NAILED IT! Everything was absolutely delicious and everyone is still talking about how tasty dinner was! I highly recommend ACA!

Wonderful!
Food was delicious. My daughter has a gluten allergy and they were more than willing to work with us on a menu that she could eat. Very professional and pleasant with the guests. I would highly recommend them to anybody having an event!
