Victoria to the rescue during the pandemic - transitioning a 200 guest wedding to 12! She created a plan of action, contacted vendors for alternative dates, and helped relieve our stress. Best of all, she reminded us “why we were having a wedding!”

When news broke in late March that our May 2nd wedding was going to be postponed due to the city restrictions brought on by COVID-19, Victoria swooped in and contacted all our vendors to coordinate back up plans; if it weren’t for her we would have had no idea where to start. We were paralyzed by sorrow and defeat for the loss of our initial wedding but Victoria was our rock and savior through it all! She is truly the biggest asset to your wedding day- she goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything organized before the big day; and on the day of your wedding you don’t have to worry about a thing (trust me, I’m a professional planner and she gets it all right!). 5 star service, professionalism, and she’s also just an all around wonderful person!

I would HIGHLY recommend A Bride's Ally. They were perfect for us because we already had everything booked, but needed help with the scheduling of the vendors, last minute details, just generally tying up all the bows and making sure things ran smoothly. We ended up getting the package where we had a coordinator 6 weeks out and for the day of - and THANK GOD we did! We got Kayla Williams as our coordinator... We honestly wouldn't have gotten anything done with out her help and guidance. Kayla was staple to our wedding coming together. In the end, we felt so sad saying bye to her because she felt like she just became one of our friends. She was willing to do the most inconvenient tasks to make sure things went smoothly (driving to Target literally an hour before the wedding to buy the correct type of Polaroid film) and she got all of the details right (sparkler photos, champagne toast, making sure photographers were always where they needed to be). She was everything to us!!! Not only on wedding day/night, but the six weeks leading up to the day Kayla was there for us. She met with us for hours one morning over coffee to plan everything out. She answered my texts about how stressed I was and totally chilled me out. She was so wonderful in every way. Again, I highly recommend using A Bride's Ally.
