Brenda and 920 Events were a pleasure to work with throughout our entire planning process. Brenda was flexible and understanding when it came to postponing our 2020 wedding due to Covid and made the whole situation way less stressful! Brenda handle my indecisiveness without batting an eye and went with the flow of my ever changing vision. She created my head table area including the backdrop and it exceeded my expectations! It brought the front of the room alive and created the ambiance I was looking for! I highly recommend going to 920 events for all of your decor needs!

Brenda was the best vendor hire we made for our wedding! She was our day of coordinator for our wedding on 8/10/19, but we felt she went above and beyond. She gave us plenty of recommendations/suggestions when we were stuck in the planning process. We were even able to rent a few decoration items from her, and it was super reasonable! We interviewed a few other wedding coordinators as well, and they were all more expensive and didn't seem to be as organized as Brenda. We had no concerns going into the day of our wedding because of her help! I highly recommend hiring a day of coordinator, and specifically Brenda! Our day was stress free knowing that the venue decoration would be set up perfectly when we arrived, and we were able to leave right when the reception was done because Brenda took care of take down. I can't say enough good things about her, but I promise she's the best!

My day would not have turned out without the help and services of Brenda. I relied on her to decorate my venue and she did so much more than just decorate, she meticulously followed what I asked her to do and then went above and beyond and continued to help out in ways I didn't even know she would/could. Brenda was great to work with. She was super responsive from the start and did not try to rent us more things that we really needed. We were very happy with the pieces that we rented from 920 Events and would recommend working with them for anything that you don't want to buy. They even can create program signs which we used to call out our wedding party and parents.

Hiring 920 Events was one of the best decisions we could have made during the wedding planning process! I hired them mostly for linens and napkins - as I wanted a particular color and the venue the reception only offered basic options. Then I was looking for galvanized metal chargers, which they didn't have, but Brenda with 920 Events went out and found them for me and kept sending me pictures of what she was finding so that I could approve them. Bonus for her...other brides would be interested in them too so it made sense to buy them. She kept it real with me when I gave her an idea - she let me know prices and exactly how it would play out. What was possible versus what wasn't. I went with an event company for certain things because I didn't want to buy them and then be stuck trying to sell them after the wedding. My vision may not be everyone's vision and so it made sense to rent certain things. She was professional, went above and beyond, was very responsible and attentive and always replied back so quickly. I appreciated all her help with my set up and her team teared my event down at the end of the night - because goodness knows I wasn't in the mood to do it! I'm so thankful for them!

I posted a request and got an instant response from Brenda! She traveled to Milwaukee to set up cocktail tables, cover chairs with champagne organza hoods, the drape the cake table and head table for my wedding this summer. She was so helpful with providing inspiration while I was planning up until the last minute. When I walked into the reception, it was beyond what I could have imagined. We received so many compliments from our guests! Thank you for helping us create our wedding dream!

Brenda was knowledgeable, approachable, trustworthy, communicative, and efficient, allowing us to fully enjoy our day. She even drove and set up our 1-tier cake and cupcakes because our baker was unable to delivery the day-of! Easily some of the best money we spent on our wedding. Brenda helped us in coordinating vendors and kept the planning on track as well as attended vendor meetings and the rehearsal. She made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day, even set-up and takedown. Also has many items for rental - we needed some mason jars and a table linen for our ceremony.
