Scott and Lisa were so wonderful to work with for my engagement ring, and our wedding bands. Their custom work is remarkable, and their flexibility with getting us exactly what we wanted was fantastic. They created very intricate trinty knot weave designs on both my engagement and wedding ring, and they are truly phenomenal.

They were upfront with us about price, and spent time with us to explain all the fine details about stones and metals. They were a pleasure to work with, and have two adorable dogs who work with them that are always looking for someone to pat them.

They also offer free ring cleaning any time you want!

I could not be more disappointed with 9 west jewelers. Within my first 18 months of wearing my engagement ring, 2 of my stones fell out. I am careful with my ring and do not wear it in demanding environments. When I took it to 9 west, they did not take responsibility for poor design and instead blamed me for the problem. I paid them to redesign the ring, and the wedding ring, and within the first 4 weeks after the wedding, both rings cracked. I am incredibly upset with the service I received.
