Hallak cleaners created a bustle for my dress -- one main one, and one backup, and both broke immediately on my wedding day. They were a huge pain in the ass to deal with and I had a BROKEN dress because of them on my wedding day. I hate this place.

This place is the best value out there! I got beautiful invitations for half the price.
