Do you get emotional while planning your wedding? Also, do you think you'll cry at your wedding?

Jen, on April 17, 2014 at 10:47 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 38

Are you sensitive? I have 2 months for my wedding left and I'm already starting to get emotional. When I imagine myself getting married I feel like crying and I get sensitive. Also, thinking that I will soon be married to the man I love makes makes me want to cry. I admit that I'm a strong girl but I don't know how I will be at my wedding. If I'm getting emotional now, I don't know what will happen that day.

I am an emotional person in general. I cry over the stupidest things sometimes. I will most definitely cry on my wedding day. I cry sometimes because my wedding is still so far away. lol Its an emotional time and its ok to cry. I think a lot of people do.

Ever since I gave birth to my daughter last August, I have become an extremely emotional person. I cry about absolutely nothing sometimes.

Aside from that, I know I'll cry at my wedding. And I'm prepared for it!

I have always been sensitive but as I am getting older I seem to be growing a thick skin. So far there's been no tears during the wedding planning but for sure I will cry at my wedding.

I haven't got emotional over the wedding YET. I have got emotional over none of family being able to attend that will get me crying every time, and the one that really gets me unable to talk is knowing my Dad will never see it he passed away 14 years ago this month. I'm hoping I won't be too bad on the day in terms of talking I plan to get someone to skype on the internet the ceremony with my mum so she is somewhat present even if it is in skype lol.

I just told my mother that I cried when FH asked for a special dance with her. In typical WASP fashion, she said, stop crying. Basically, in our culture, tears are not allowed, and hugs are only barely tolerated, on special occasions. I didn't cry at my first wedding, and I'm hoping I don't at this one.

No crying while planning, but I do think I will cry on the big day.

Yes I do, now because of missing my mom who passed when I was a kid, and on that date for this and being married to the man I love. Smiley smile

Only when I think about my dad not being there to dance with me. Today was a little rough, he died 2 weeks before my 16 birthday. Blessed to have him for the time I did. Just want to make it through my wedding day.

I didn't get emotional at all during the planning. But as the wedding got closer I was so sure I would cry during the walk down the aisle, the vows and especially dancing with my dad. I really fretted over it because I didn't want cry the whole time but knew I would. I ebbended up picking a fun light song to dance with my dad to so there was no crying there. And I didn't cry at all during the ceremony. I was shocked! My husband stayed very calm and that helped. Only time I got misty was right as the doors were opening and the music started to play.

I don't think I'll cry, but I'm nervous for sure! If anything is going to make me cry it's going to be the remembrance to my dad.

We are placing tissues on the alter so FH and I have them readily available. I tear up at all weddings, so I am sure mine will be no different.

I don't feel super emotional during planning, but that could completely change in the next 5 months!

I got teary when I picked my dress, not because I had the this is the one feeling but because my mom wasn't there for it, she passed 5 1/2 yrs ago. Most of the emotions FH and I have had are because of not having his dad and my parents here for the process. FH can be emotional so if he tears up during the ceremony I probably will because if him, we will have tissues close by Smiley smile

I cry all the time over things. So yes planning I've cried, going over the ceremony with the pastor I almost cried. FH and I will both be a mess and so will at least one of my BM's.

6 weeks to go & lately everything is making me cry. Doing my photo list, watching other peoples' wedding videos & thinking of how mine will be...the list goes on. I'm really nervous I'm going to be a hot mess that day.
